the impact of hand tool design on injury and musculoskeletal disorder risk for each of the ergonomic selection criteria for selecting hand tools presented in the unit lesson, and
recommendations for controlling the risk factors associated with the use of the hand tools using the hierarchy of controls (you must include at least one of each of the controls: engineering control, administrative control, and PPE).

Your PowerPoint presentation must be a minimum of 10 slides in length, not counting the title and references slides. Additionally, you must include a minimum of 3 outside sources

Case Study
CM is a 43-year-old female who presents with concerns regarding two painless right-breast lumps that she detected four months ago. She missed an appointment for evaluation by her primary-care provider at that time and presents today with reportedly no change in these findings since that time. There has been no breast discharge, bleeding, overlying skin changes, lymphadenopathy, or fevers; she denies recent or past breast trauma. She did, however, undergo a stereostatic breast biopsy three years ago that demonstrated atypical lobular hyperplasia, and there is a known family history of breast cancer (mother, diagnosis at age 48). Current review is significant for a 10-pound weight loss due to diminished appetite over the last two months. Amenorrheic x three years; no current hormonal-replacement therapy or previous oral-contraceptive use; had levonorgestrel implantation at age 28, removed at age 33 and has only used condoms since, but nothing now as she is not sexually active.
This case is meant to highlight indications for breast-cancer screening and to outline the standard evaluation of a female who presents with a breast mass.
After completing your Case Study and reviewing the guidelines for breast-cancer screening, answer the following questions using the latest evidenced based guidelines:
Discuss the questions that would be important to include when interviewing a patient with this issue, including any risk factors she may have.
1. Describe the clinical findings that may be present in a patient with this issue.
2. Are there any diagnostic studies that should be ordered on this patient? Why?
3. List the primary diagnosis and three differential diagnoses for this patient. Explain your reasoning for each.
4. Discuss your management plan for this patient, including pharmacologic therapies, tests, patient education, referrals, and follow-ups.

Please make sure you are using scholarly references and they should not be older than 5 years. Your posts/references must be in APA format.

Introduction
Neuroscience has developed increased popularity in recent decades across the globe as various fields started embracing neuroscience as a scientific base that unites multidisciplinary research modalities. The term neuroculture is a novel scientific branch merging neuroscience with other sciences, arts or humanities that includes neurophilosophy, neuropsychology, neuroinformatics, neurogenetics, neurobiology, neurosociology, neuropedagogy, neuroforensics and neuromarketing.
Javor, A., Koller, M., Lee, N. et al. Neuromarketing and consumer neuroscience: contributions to neurology. BMC Neurol 13, 13 (2013). https://doi.org/10.1186/1471-2377-13-13
Consumer neuroscience, also refers to as Neuromarketing, is the new hype amongst marketing scholars that originated from the limited capabilities of conventional marketing research methods and behavioral measures in providing implicit insights into consumption behavior (Plassmann et al. 2015). Accelerating innovations in neuroimaging and the advancing of computing technology provided accurate measures and high predictability of consumer behavior in response to marketing stimuli. Measuring methods include electroencephalography (EEG), functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), facial coding, eye tracking, biometrics and psychometrics (Falk et al. 2015). Neuromarketing tools can be divided into neurofeedback and biofeedback. Neurofeedback tools include functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), magnetoencephalography (MEG), positron emission tomography (PET), steady-state topography (SST), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and electroencephalography (EEG). In biofeedback, eye tracking, facial decoding and GSR can be highlighted. (Oliveira and Giraldi Moura Engracia 2017).
Environmental concerns and consumer demand for environmentally friendly products have led to the emergence of a new marketing philosophy called green marketing. The great forces behind the green marketing are the demand for green products coupled with concern for the environment.. Green marketing is a broader concept that covers much more aspects such as consumer goods, industrial goods and services as well (Polonsky, 1994; Ottman et al., 2006; Chen, 2009). The ultimate goal for green marketing is to create two bottom lines; the first is for profit and the second for social responsibility (Mourad et al., 2012). Many hundreds of papers from multiple disciplines have examined various stages in the green purchase decision making process. A green product is one that can satisfy the consumers need without causing damage to the environment while contributing to make the planet earth more sustainable (Shamdasami et al., 1993). As a general rule, green products use safer, recyclable raw materials and try to use as little packaging as possible (Chen & Chai, 2010). Joshi & Rahman (2015) suggest examples of green products such as organic products, energy – saving lamps, eco – friendly machines or natural products.

This chapter aims to understand green behavior and to understand how the marketing mix of food brands can work to encourage more consumers to buy green and work towards a more sustainable environment. This chapter intends to understand the motivations of individuals behind the concern about the environment and the purchase of green products; to understand the determinants of purchasing green food; to know the profile of the green consumer; to understand the reality of brands in Portugal in what concerns green marketing. The chapter will be developed using a qualitative methodology, through in – depth interviews (semi – structured) to companies that sell biological and wellness products. This chapter focuses on green marketing and consumer behavior (e.g. a Portuguese context). The authors also consider some implications for management, as well as give suggestions for future lines of research.
In year 2020, Pagan et. al published a pioneer research study titled Application of Neuroscience in the Area of Sustainability: Mapping the Territory  Despite its importance, in the area of Sustainability, no literature review research has been found that described as some tools derived from neuroscience, more specifically eye tracking and electroencephalography (EEG), which are among the most used tools
the brain and visual mechanisms that are related to sustainable consumption and sustainable decision-making, enabling them to develop their products and communication more effectively. Additionally, future research in the area is suggested.

Formulate an organized, clearly worded, and succinct initial post that substantively covers all discussion points stated for your chosen topic. Because your initial post will be scored on the degree to which you meet these standards, there is no set minimum word requirement. However, there is a set maximum word requirement confine your initial post to 500 words. Remember that we are all reading each others posts, and one that is succinctly written is more likely to be read and responded to, thus furthering our discussion on that topic.
Include at least one graphic, video, or image that visually adds to some aspect of your post – as they say, pictures are worth 1000 words!

Final Paper

Think of an organization you have worked for or one with which you are very familiar.  Diagnose the need for change and present a plan to transform the organization, utilizing Kotters 8-Step Approach. You will need to research the Kotter 8 Step Change Model extensively. You are encouraged to review Kotters Eight Step Leading Change Model (Links to an external site.) article. You may select any organization or department where you work or where you have previously worked; however, you are strongly encouraged to diagnose one problem area in the company. Attempting to diagnose an entire company is not feasible, and you will become bogged down.

If you choose a company similar to Walmart to analyze, select just one area you think needs improvement. For example, Walmart is now very strong in online shopping, yet there are still glitches. Delivery times are often late, the packaging method has problems, and some products come from unknown vendors that Walmart does not guarantee. We may know this from personal experience, but that is not enough. Statements, opinions, and experiences must be supported with valid sources. There are many articles online that you can review easily and quickly.

Your sources for this paper must include research for the company you choose, a valid source for the Kotter model, and your textbook. You are encouraged to read as many articles as you can find and contact the Ashford librarians for guidance. There is bias, missing or incorrect information, and contradictory material in most Internet material. The amount of material can be confusing, but wade through it and question everything.

Include the following sections headings and additional sections as needed:

Introduction
Company Overview
Diagnosis
Kotters 8-Step Approach
Conclusion

Use the link near the bottom of this page to access direct links to the acceptable works listed above. Once you have selected one of the accepted works from the list above, you will research the work, the life of the author/artist, and the period. You will then be ready to create your analysis. This process of analysis will require you to discuss the events or innovations that define the historical period when the work was created, analyze a theme or stylistic characteristic of the period that is reflected in the work, and finally analyze the works or authors/artists/composers contribution to the humanities.

REQUIREMENTS
Your submission must be your original work. No more than a combined total of 30% of a submission and no more than a 10% match to any one individual source can be directly quoted or closely paraphrased from sources, even if cited correctly. An originality report is provided when you submit your task that can be used as a guide.

You must use the rubric to direct the creation of your submission because it provides detailed criteria that will be used to evaluate your work. Each requirement below may be evaluated by more than one rubric aspect. The rubric aspect titles may contain hyperlinks to relevant portions of the course.

A.  Analyze the acceptedwork by doing the following:

1.  Describe the historical events or innovations that characterize the period in which the work was created (suggested length of 12 paragraphs).

2.  Analyze how this work reflects a theme or stylistic characteristic from its period (suggested length of 12 paragraphs).

3.  Analyze the works or authors/artists/composers contributions to the humanities (suggested length of 12 paragraphs).

B.  When you use sources to support ideas and elements in a paper or project, provide acknowledgement of source information for any content that is quoted, paraphrased or summarized. Acknowledgement of source information includes in-text citation noting specifically where in the submission the source is used and a corresponding reference, which includes the following points:

  author

  date

  title

location of information (e.g., publisher, journal, website URL)

C.  Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.

I am asking for a list of signal processing features for  an audio based graph.

For the audio graph, list as much signal processes with a brief description and why it’s important for audio based graphs.

I am currently working on a project where I have an audio and a frequency based graphs that I require to process their signals. I need to find and know how to apply the signal processing tools for the audio graph so that I can analyze it further.

Again, this is not a report kind of research. I only require a LIST of audio signal processing features please.

The Individual EBP Assignment requires the learner to find an EPB article that relates to the topic and group project problem. below you find documents to help you with this assignment:

EBP Article Analysis Guideline.docx
Exemplar.EBP.docx
EBP Journal Article PowerPoint Instructions.pptx

First review the group project problem and title.
Use keywords from your problem for your lookup inquiry. i.e. infection control, nurse, retention, etc.
Use EBP articles no more than 5 years old.
Make sure you put your name at the top and include your article citation in 7th ed. APA format of your assignment – see exemplar.
There are prompts in the left column to assist you.
Do not give research terms on your assignment i.e. this is a cross-sectional study or has validity unless you’re ready to explain how this will help you solve your problem. These terms are used so that you know if an article is valid and reliable. OK, so now that you found this, your job is to find out how this project will help you solve your problem.
The paper is set up to determine the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the project itself.
By answering these questions, you will help guide and collaborate with your peers with constructive feedback on how to solve your problem collectively as a team.
Strength – Example: Did they have the support of the peers, manager, CEO. Did this project improve patient satisfaction, quality, efficiency? Usually found in the literature review and results.
Weakness – Example: This is the opposite. Why was this plan weak: Not enough education, no support, not enough money because of the expense? Usually found in the problem of the literature review, results, and limitations.
Opportunity – Example: If there wasn’t enough education, is this an opportunity? A better survey or tool? Usually found in results or limitations and future implications.
Threat – Example: Increased infection, possible death, etc. Usually found in the literature review.
It is your job to know your article and have the ability to articulate what your article is about with your peers and with your instructor.
During the virtual class, you may be asked to elaborate on your article. So know your article!
Please note that the exemplar provided received maximum points.
