1. Between feelings, religion, socially accepted norms, science, and law which do you think gets misinterpreted as ethics the most? Why? Please provide an example and tie it back to the readings.

2. By following the framework for ethical decision making; tell us about a time you had or to make an ethical decision. Was there any point where you got stuck, and if so, how did you get out of it? Apply the 10 steps from what you learned from this week’s reading in your example.

3. Relate Kidders chapter eight to the current news article.  If you agree with Kidder that we learn our virtues from repeatedly seeing or repeatedly listening then how could you explain the EYs report on the loss of integrity?  Would it be wrong to assume the pandemic is loosening peoples hopes and morals, so when one business starts to lose integrity others follow suit or is there more to this issue?  Explain. 

4. Based on the Kidder reading, what is an example of a time you faced a situation that can apply to the three modes of learning and teaching we discussed? Please provide a personal example from your life and describe how you managed the situation.

5. Think about the film or video you chose for this week (as a part of Readings and Viewings).  Analyze and describe how it connects with the readings, news article, and weekly theme.

One of the most valuable aspects of NASM’s OPT Model is that it gives the fitness professional a framework to classify, implement, and progress any exercise he or she may find.

For this week’s discussion, you will find and discuss one core exercise found outside of your textbook, on the Internet. First review the criteria for how core exercises should be chosen in each level of the OPT Model (Stabilization, Strength, and Power). Then upload a video of your chosen exercise and discuss what level(s) of the OPT Model it should be used in (if you are unable to video the exercise, you may include a link to an Internet video instead). It is generally agreed that there are three primary tax rate structures utilized in this country, a progressive rate structure, a proportional rate structure, and a regressive rate structure. Various structures are used in different applications. For this paper, you are to describe each of these rate structures, list the pros and cons of each rate system, and then select the one rate structure you feel would be best utilized by the federal government to tax individual and business entities to support the running of the government and support your selection with detailed reasons why it would be the best of the three available options.

No doubt that this moment in history will inspire creative artists, authors, playwrights, and film directors for decades to come.
So imagine that you are world-renown film director Alfred Hitchcock livingintodays world (March 11, 2020 when the World Health Organization declared a global pandemicto the present)-in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Based on what you learned from the analysis of your own Hitchcock films as well as those of others in the class, design a scene that where architecture, cinema, environment and behavior capture the emotions of individuals confronting the pandemic today.
Give your scene an attention-grabbing title.
Draw upon a specific scene or two from Hitchcocks film repertoire to inspire you, and clearly identify where and when that is. (Hitchcock, Name of Film,Year, Exact location in film hour:minif you can).  Show it to us and explain which Hitchcock cinematic techniques inspire you.
Write a few paragraphs describing your scene in detail and include a few graphics to illustrate.
