You will need to provide a description of the development challenge encountered and the nature of the mentor/coach and mentee/coachee roles. Based on the theoretical and practical knowledge you have gained about mentoring and coaching, then reflect critically on the how mentoring or coaching was applied in the described development scenario, including an evaluation of the effectiveness and appropriateness of the process. Finally, you should include an assessment of your own future development needs as a management graduate and the extent to which these might be effectively met through mentoring and/or coaching.
