Using at least two academic sources, write a paper on a boss or supervisor (i.e., leader) for whom you worked. You should keep the persons name confidential by making up a fictitious name. Describe the leaders style as well as the effects of the leaders style on the employees. Then, decide whether the style was a result of some trait of the leader or something within the situation (e.g., the ecological setting), and support the decision. What would be your vision as to ideal work conditions?  What benefits would be helpful: health, childcare, vacation?  What about flex hours? Telecommuting? Teamwork?  Encouragement to experiment?
