3. Write a report about your findings. Explain each of the six elements how it is observe or applied in the organization. Please follow the suggested order of discussion.

Employee engagement surveys are valuable tools for health care organizations. These surveys provide insights on how employees truly feel about their organization, leaders, and workplace environment. Administrators must learn how to interpret data from these surveys and respond accordingly. The concept of working together to produce a better outcome is not a novel idea. Competition in a collaborative working context may encourage productivity and the realization that different people bring different skills and different levels of skills to the workplace. However, coworkers may have differences in opinion and perceptions that do not allow them to collaborate with others.
