Here goes what I suggest might be a good (basic) structure for your Consultancy/Audit report:

1. Brief paragraph on your (fictional) consultancy company and experience

2. Brief overview of the case: i.e. the digest of the case provided by your colleague/client and also what you may have come across by means of your own research onto the company and visits, meetings with staff, analysis of further internal documents / data the company granted you access to over the past few days/week(s).

(Points 1 and 2 together should be no longer than one page max)

3. Brief analysis of where (i.e. at what level of Sustainability engagement) the company is in (using the Phase model or other to very effectively explain where they are and why, and what should be the target and why, especially but not exclusively regarding both Env and Social aspects)

(in other words, you may wish to consider using the Phase Model, the 7-S, the TROPICS test.. to explain visually where they are and what is the goal .. and why)

4. A list of the key and most urgent issues identified

5. select the core issue(s) which, given the timeframe and budget your colleague/client set, can you realistically address (or, if necessary, raise issues around budget or timeframe or both and justify them clearly)

6. Using as many tools as possible (within reasonable limits) provide a detailed plan on how you intend to implement the required changes in view of achieving the reccommended targets and therefore to meet the desired initial progression stage towards sustainability >>> You may wish to consider using tools from Project Management (many good books on this), Quality Management, Strategic Management, Environmental Management and CSR/Sustainability Management.

a) Explain clearly the key milestones of the change process, including the reasons why, what is the target, what will be needed to implement those moves, how much and how long each task wil take (approx estimates). BUT remember that this is just an academic exercise: do not come up with 100 or more tasks for 50 milestones> I suggest you keep it to a max of 5 milestones and a set of 10 tasks absolute maximum…. the intention is just to ensure you can show you know how to manage these tools, rather than to take it to the ultimate complex professional level…

b) remember to highlight how you/your team will be there to support the company/staff throughout the process, especially through the transition phase,

c) above all, do not forget to focus on ONE key issue (the one that is the most urgent/more expensive/more complex/longer to implement) and ellaborate on the changes as much as possible

Your recommendations should include actions, review of processes, implementation of at least one highly specific standard , performance indicators, and other measures (books such as Dunphy’s, my own, Hayes, Beech and Macintosh’s, etc.) may prove useful at this stage

7. Elaborate on an additional minor issue

8. Bibliography is a must.

9. You may wish to consider having a ‘plan B’ prepared for a specific change/task… so that if your client reacts to a specific step of the process you have some alternative already aligned..(based on your past and long experience, of course 😉 )

The first attached file is the client’s fictional business case you should provide consultation for.

The second attachment is an outline of the issues and recommendations for the fictional business please expand on them.

The model below is for an APT (arbitrage pricing theory)-type multiple regression analysis and it investigates what influences the rate of return on a company’s shares.
ERCOMPANYt = ?+?1ERSFTSEt+ ?2TERMt + ?3EXCHANGEt+ ?4INFLATIONt + ?5DMONEYt+ ?6OILt +?t (1) The dependent variable (ERCOMPANY) is the company’s excess return based on its
share price {labelled as COMPANY in the Excel data spreadsheet}. Note that you are expected to construct this variable yourself, knowing that excess return means the additional return on top of risk-free rate proxy, i.e., TBILLSHORT as explained below.
The explanatory variables are: I. ERSFTSE: excess rate of return based on the FTSE ALL SHARE index in
London Stock Exchange {labelled as FTSE in the Excel data spreadsheet}. II. TERM: The difference between annual returns on 20-year government bonds and 3-month treasury bills {labelled as TBILLLONG and TBILLSHORT,
respectively, in the Excel data spreadsheet}.
III. EXCHANGE: exchange rate between US dollar and UK sterling {labelled as
EXCHANGE in the Excel data spreadsheet}.IV. INFLATION: inflation rate based on producer price index {labelled as PPI in the
Excel data spreadsheet}. V. MONEY: narrow definition of money supply, i.e., M1, in billion £ {labelled as MONEY in the Excel data spreadsheet}. VI. OIL: crude oil price in $US (labelled as OILPRICE in the Excel data
spreadsheet}.

In order to employ a set of regression analyses, the dataset is provided in Canvas (file name: Data for Assignment 2016.xlsx). The dataset is real data, with monthlyfrequency for the period September 1986 to August 2013. The explanatory variables on the right hand side are the same for all students. However, each student is allocated a different company; hence, the dependent variable of each assignment will be different. Check your student number to find out which company is allocated to you in the ‘company share price’ spreadsheet. Then, copy/paste the share price of the company allocated to you in column B of the spreadsheet named ‘Macroeconomic data’ in the same file.

APT assumes that it is the unexpected changes in financial and macroeconomic factors that exert influence on company returns. Therefore, before analysing data with regressions, you are advised to read the core textbook and module notes to identify how to use the raw data to transform series into variables that will eventually be included in the regression model.

Required:
1. Conduct the OLS regression analysis and comment on the results. Do the
estimates give any direct or indirect support to the APT?
(25 marks)
2. Refer to the OLS assumptions and conduct the diagnostic tests with respect to heteroscedasticity, normality, and autocorrelation. If there is any violation of the OLS assumptions, what can be done as remedies to these misspecifications? Namely, explain how to address regression models that fail these diagnostic tests in your analysis. (35 marks) 3. Is the functional form of the model actually linear as suggested by equation (1) and does it suffer from the multicollinearity problem? Provide the necessary tests.
(15 marks)
4. Test for the parameters’ stability by considering two or more sub-samples, e.g., the time between September 1986 and December 1999; and the time between January 2000 and August 2013. You can think of other periods such as the 2007-08 financial crisis. (15 marks) 5. Are there any other diagnostic tests that you might have considered? Provide them if the answer is ‘yes’.(10 marks)

NOTES:
– Word limit: 2,500 to 3,000 words (excluding references and appendices)
– Submission deadline: 15 December 2016, by 4 p.m. (It is suggested that students should submit by around 3 p.m. to avoid the possibility of late submissions due to technical reasons. See Canvas, module handbook for
further details).- You are expected to refer to and use academic journal articles for any section above. – You may have sections in your assignment. e.g., section 1 introduction; section 2 background about APT; section 3 Diagnostics tests,…. etc. Then, the last
section can be conclusion.

IMPORTANT: EXTERNAL DATA FOR ANALYSIS NEEDS TO BE SENDED SEPERATELY

(The text, “NISA: The Life and Words of a !Kung Woman,” is available on SparkNotes)

Paper Topic

Marjorie Shostak’s ethnography, Nisa: The Life and Words of a !Kung Woman, is guided by the narrative of the stories of Nisa’s life. About her stories, Nisa tells Shostak, “I’ll tell you another one now. I’ll break open the story and tell you what is there. Then, like the others that have fallen out onto the sand, I will finish with it, and the wind will take it away.” (36)

In this course, we learn about the stories of many people of many different cultures. At first glance, some of their stories may seem completely different from the events of our own lives. Upon closer examination, we can find many themes that run through the lives of the !Kung also run through our own.

Another major theme of our course is cultural adaptation. From your new anthropologist’s perspective, you should be able to examine a cultural practice in an objective way. For example, does the !Kung practice of sharing meat hurt or enhance their survival as a group? Does it support their health or well-being? A practice can be evaluated in this way even if it is not part of our own cultural norms.

PAPER TOPIC

Compare and contrast the aspects of !Kung life with your own. Choose at least three aspects to discuss. These may be rites of passage (such as birth, marriage, divorce, death) or other aspects of !Kung life (choosing a partner, healing the sick, securing food for consumption), etc.

For each aspect, first describe the practice in !Kung life. (You may rely solely on the Shostak text for this section, or use one of the required outside scholarly sources.)

Second, compare and/or contrast it with the practice in your own culture. Note the similarities or differences. (You may bring in outside scholarly sources in this section.)

Third, evaluate the practice based on its adaptability for the !Kung. Do you think the way the !Kung behave in this situation is adaptive for their health and well-being (even if it is unlike the way we behave in this situation)? Does it aid their success as a group? Give your opinion (analysis) based on evidence from the text or from scholarly sources.

PAPER REQUIREMENTS

Your paper must be 4-5 pages long, double-spaced with 0.8” to 1.0” margins with 10 or 12 point traditional font. The minimum length is 4 full pages. Please provide a References page at the end of the document using APA formatting.

Two scholarly sources are required for this assignment beyond the Shostak text. Scholarly sources come from academic journals or books from a university press. You will need to use the library’s databases (such as ProQuest) or physically check out books from the library to meet this requirement. Please see the TIPS FOR FINDING SCHOLARLY SOURCES handout in the Assignments section of the course.

Please use citations (or quotes) to support your arguments. To cite passages from a text, put quotation marks around a passage followed immediately by the author’s last name and page number in parentheses. Quotes should be brief, under four lines.

For example:

“My heart was so happy I moved around like a little dog, wagging my tail and running around. Really! I was so happy, I shouted out what I saw: ‘The rainy season has come today! Yea! Yea!'”(Shostak: 89)

If you must use a longer quote than four lines, eliminate the quotation marks, single space, and indent the entire quote several tabs from the left margin.

Be sure to explain why you are using a particular quote. A quote by itself does not prove a point. It only provides evidence for your argument. You must make an argument preceding or following the quote.

Using other people’s words constitutes plagiarism. Provide quotes and a reference including the author’s name, title and page number for more than three words in a row that are not your own. Please use APA formatting to provide a reference for the Nisa text and any other texts that you may have used at the end of the document.

Please spell-check your paper (check for typos, mistakes, etc.), organize it into indented paragraphs, and write in a clear and simple style

This paper is write a paper in which you convince your audience that the communication skills that they will learn as undergraduate students in your academic discipline will prepare them for the communication situations that they will encounter as professionals in that field. Your audience for this paper is undergraduate students who are preparing for the profession that you have chosen or are considering doing so. Your purpose in this paper is to convince these students that the rhetorical practices that they use in their undergraduate classes are of value to them because that can help them learn the communication skills that they will need as professionals. You can convince them that the rhetorical practice is valuable by identifying the specific skills that are needed both in the profession and in the rhetorical practice. In order to meke an insightdul and convincing case that their classroom activities are connected to their future professional lives, the paper will need as professionals. You can convince them that the rhetorical practice is valuable by identifying the specific skills that are needed both in the profession and in the rhetorical practice.
(EACH PARAGRAPH HAD TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL SITUATION, COMMUNICATION SKILL, RHETORICAL PRACTICES. MY FIELD IS FILM DIRECTOR)

(EXAMPLES FOR EACH PARAGRAPH)
1ST SPEAKING TO ACTORS – USING PRECISE VOCABULARY TO THE ACTORS – PAPER WRITING

2ND PRESENTING A PROJECT TO PRODUCERS – USING VISUALS – PRESENTATION

Your assignment is to compare 2 nation-states, both of these must be our case countries (U.K, Germany, China, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Iran). Your paper should be 10-12 pages long and NO LONGER THAN 12 PAGES. A good answer must include materials from class readings and lectures; you are required to include 2 outside sources as well. The outside sources must be peer reviewed sources. You must properly cite this material using Chicago style (this means including parenthetical references and a bibliography). Failure to properly cite your sources is plagiarism, please use a writing guide for citing sources and your bibliography.

Your paper will be graded on the following criteria:
-You must answer all of the questions and provide reasons for your choices;
-You must demonstrate an understanding of the concepts and ideas we have covered throughout the course;
-You must support your arguments with evidence/examples

Good grammar and spelling will impact your grade. Likewise, the organization and clarity of your writing will impact your grade significantly. For each nation-state you should include the following information:

1) Political Culture: What kinds of political cultures do your nation-states have? Briefly explain the reasons behind these facts. Are the citizens participants, subjects or parochials? Do they adhere to any particular ideology more than another?

2) Managing Political Conflict: What kind of party and electoral systems do your countries have? How many, and what kind of parties? How are people able to organize and express their opinions?

3) Political Structures: Is there a presidential or parliamentary system? Is the political structure federal or unitary, how does this impact the citizenry?

4) Legitimacy: What kinds of cleavages and conflict exist in the nation-states? Are there problems with legitimacy as a result of any of these cleavages?

Once you have outlined the basic information about your states you should begin to make some comparisons.

5) Comparison: What kinds of similarities or differences have you noticed by examining these two nation-states? Do these similarities or differences speak to any of the major issues we have outlined in the course, including the relationship between legitimacy and force as well as level of democracy? How is the comparison between these two countries useful or illuminating?

A good answer will include the following:

1. An introduction in which you outline the way in which your paper will proceed.

2. A clear, concise statement of your basic arguments. State this in general terms, using concepts outlined in the question.

3. Examples from your issues and discussion should support your argument. These should be used to support and demonstrate your argument to the reader,

4. A conclusion in which you summarize the main points that you discussed in the body of your paper.

Focus on writing which is clear and concise; assume that you are writing for a reader that is unfamiliar with these concepts, therefore, clearly define the concepts which you use. Use subheadings when possible to break up the material and to assist in organizing your paper.

Your paper must be written in Times New Roman font style and include page numbers and top and bottom of page margins of 1 inch and right/left margins of 1.25 inches.

This paper has already been started, the writer just need to continue the result and discussion section, whereas in the result section the writer needs to analyse the statistic data from Spss and will be provided in here.

Results

This section will probably be the most variable. Use subheadings to make this part more structured, e.g.:

General Results

First of all you need a section for your general results. In this should be some basic descriptive results, eg mean scores, SD’s, range, etc, plus some analysis on what you found (e.g,, age differences). A table or graph would be good, if it is appropriate. Some short interpretation would be useful, eg “as Table 1 highlights, there were a greater number of high achievers than low achievers, this difference was found to be significant…”.

Each of your different forms of reliability and validity testing should be discussed in separate sub-sections within the Results Section. For areas such as predictive validity, it is not always possible to test your predictions. For example, measuring offenders motivation to change requires a 2 year follow-up. However, you can write a detailed paragraph or two on exactly what you would predict, how you would test it, and why it has not been possible to test it for this report.

(I would certainly like to see a summary section with some descriptive results and analyses if appropriate. What did you find from your psychological test?)

Reliability Testing

Internal Reliability Testing
Report your alpha coefficient analysis. Include some interpretation of these results. What do your results imply? Report what you did, and how. If this is accurate and concise there is no reason you will not receive good marks for this section.

Validity Testing (remember, you only need to do two)

Construct Validity

Do the results of your test, fit the construct? You could also refer back to your Introduction. Your hypothesis generation should be derived from existing research in the area. This will be easy for a well established construct, e.g. self-esteem, but will be more difficult for other less well established constructs. However, as with the Introduction, it is how you use the material you have rather than the quantity. If you do have less well established constructs this will be taken into account in the marking.
AND
Content Validity

Discussion
As with the Introduction, an ability to relate your results to the material in your Introduction, including critical evaluation of the evidence and the impact of your results to the existing research will enable you to gain high marks. You should also discuss the difficulties you encountered (in the third person!), and potential for future directions.
This should include a short discussion of your results in relation to the research you report in the Introduction. It should also cover the good points and bad points of the questionnaire, for example, you may find that your test is not reliable – you should discuss why this might be. You should also include suggestions for future directions, if appropriate, e.g what modifications might be necessary, where could this test be used in the future.

Read Chapters 14 & 15 (attached) from textbook and Ch 11 & 12 from Lawler & Worley.

Use technical terms, principles, and frameworks in your responses.

1. Identify and specifically describe 3 to 5 major ethical issues you would encounter in the process of formulating your recommendation. In your response, please justify or support why you feel that each of the issues have ethical implications.
2. Identify and specifically describe 3 to 5 issues related to corporate social responsibility that would encounter in the process of formulating your recommendation. In your response, please justify or support why you feel that each of the issues have implications related to social responsibility.
3. Identify and specifically describe 3 to 5 major global trends that are specifically influencing Mega Food to consider relocating operations of the Orchard facility to the country of Frostburg. In your response, please be specific in stating why or how each of the global trends is directly impacting Mega Food.
4. Summarize 3 to 5 major challenges that Mega Food would encounter if they chose to relocate the operations of the Orchard facility to the country of Frostburg.
5. What would be your official recommendation to Mega Food? Please support your answer by providing a rationale that incorporates appropriate concepts covered in your business courses.
6. Quite often, leaders and managers are required to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty. This hypothetical case contained very limited information. If you could have access to 3 more types of additional information for this case, what is the nature of the information you would find helpful. Please justify your answer.

Throughout the semester, we have extensively learned about different types of money and how they are woven together by a system of dealers consisting of the central bank, banks, and security dealers to form a hierarchy of money. Our journey so far has focused on the functioning of the hierarch from the perspective of the system of dealers. The goal of this assignment is to take our journey one step further by delving into how different types of liquidity risks arise in the hierarchy, how they are interlinked, and how the central bank can manage them. In answering the following essay questions, try to use your own words to convey the main piece of information and the key line of reasoning. Quoting too heavily or failing to quote properly will result in little or no credit.

1. Definitions. Define and explain three main types of liquidity, namely, the central bank liquidity, funding liquidity, and market liquidity.
2. Liquidity linkages in normal times. Explain how the three types of liquidity are interconnected in normal times.
3. Liquidity linkages in turbulent times. Funding liquidity risk is intrinsic to banking. Explain.
4. Liquidity linkages in turbulent times. Explain the transmission mechanism from funding liquidity risk to market liquidity risk.
5. Liquidity linkages in turbulent times. Explain the feedback mechanism from market liquidity risk back to funding liquidity risk.
6. Liquidity linkages in turbulent times. Explain how the liquidity of the central bank together with its supervision and regulation can stabilize the financial system.

Assignment Remit
You will base your design plans on:
• An iconic historical character from the 1960’s wearing a beehive.

You are required to produce a design plan on the iconic historical character of your choosing. This research will eventually support your practical recreation and historically correct portrayal of your period character. Thorough research is essential using a wide range of visual and literary sources. You will need to consider the internal and external factors that your character influenced or was influenced by which helped to shape their style.
You need to contextualise your character within the fashions of the time, linking them wherever possible with any relevant information surrounding the era when they were most prominent.
Your model’s features must be taken into account when finalizing your designs.

Design plan elements to be considered, all of the below will be supported by your historical research:
• Hairstyles/postiche- sets/dress out
• Make-up styles and materials- face charts/tracing overlays/model characteristics and considerations.
• Products available then and now to best recreate the hair and make-up accurately.
• Price of materials.
• Millenary (hats/headwear)
• Fashion and adornment
• Fashion trends
• A4 Mood board (you can add texture and creativity to this)

Only Historical images can be used for your final practical recreation image. Images from films/TV/Theatre are not a suitable source of historical research. You can however contrast your research to images from media productions if you wish and reflect on their historical accuracy.
This must show historically correct details and reference pictures of your chosen period image. A full sized A4 colour print of your chosen image is a mandatory requirement of this assignment. You must also include visual references of the back of your chosen hairstyle.
Please note, as many of your research pictures may be portraits it may not be possible for you to find back of head reference pictures of your chosen image. In this case you may use a suitably styled reference picture that would complement your historical Icon/ image from a style, period and date perspective.

This is a grant and I need to complete the final evaluation. (How we will evaluate what we say we will do with the money ($300,000).

Goal- To increase the quality of life for citizens Charleston experiencing difficulties with obtaining affordable housing.
