Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with at least 20 items. The WBS should be presented in the form of a
table that includes dependencies, milestones, and summary tasks. You are free to deliver this as a Gantt
Chart (use GanttProject to develop this), but it is not required. Include with this table a referenced
paragraph explaining how a WBS can be used to help manage the tasks on a project and give a further
paragraph briefly explaining the importance of critical path analysis;
3. Risk register containing at least 10 fully documented risks, including owner, mitigation and contingency
actions, pre-and post- action weighting and scores;
4. Short report to the Project Sponsor, the Director of Operations. Your report should contain both of the
following:
a. An explanation of the need for quality leadership on the project, and the role that a successful
project manager can play – the project manager has to be much more than an administrator or 
coordinator. Discuss the value of strong leadership on a project and, using examples, explain
what happens when this leadership is missing;
b. An analysis and critique of methodologies that might be used to run the case study project,
comparing Agile, Waterfall and PRINCE2 methodologies. Explain their strengths and weaknesses
and give your recommendation to the sponsor as to which methodology you believe would be best
to use. There is no right or wrong answer for this, hence marks will be given on the basis of how
well you have explained and justified your decision. As with the other assignment elements,
a reference to examples and theory is very important.

Brief history
It is helpful to your readers to understand the context of your problem and the solutions that have been attempted to date. Is this a recent problem? An on-going one? What brought it to the attention of the public?
Review
You need to summarize what existing literature has to say about your problem and the existing
solutions: What has been tried, what has worked, what has not worked, why.
• First, share your theory base (theoretical perspective) with the readers so they understand how what you are presenting is influenced by that theory base. As you read articles on your topic look for what other authors have to say about a theoretical framework for understanding the problem and pointing to a direction for solutions.
• Your literature review should flow from past to present. What where the earliest interventions or solutions? What are the most recent? Be sure to present all sides whether or not they agree with your hypothesis. Your research ill typically involve some gap in information (why research what we already know?). 
• Based on the research in literature, how did you arrive at your research question. Make your case for your research either answering a new question, getting a new answer to an old question, answering a question about a new population, etc.
• Summarize the major points you found in the literature.
• Finally, formulate (in the last sentence) your research question or your hypothesis.
Remember that the Introduction discusses the problem. The review of literature should concentrate on solutions (those that exist, those that are still required

What legal and extralegal factors appear to have an impact on the processing of female offenders?  Which factors do you think are fair to be considered and which do you think are more problematic?  Why?  Please go into as much specific detail as possible.

You need to use one additional outside source besides your textbook to discuss the question. The source must be cited APA style at the end of the discussion. The outside source cannot be a dictionary like source (ie wikipedia, etc.). Here is a link for APA style to assist making your references correct.  Your source needs to be included at the end of your original discussion.  It will not count if it is posted in a separate posting after your discussion.

• Define Euthanasia.
• Discuss the two types of euthanasia. 
• Discuss whether or not you believe that euthanasia is acceptable in some situations 
• How do you feel about other forms of assisted suicide?

Use the Internet to look up two news articles on an instance of abuse of power in a corporate, government, religious, or other organizational environment.

• In what ways is the conflict being managed effectively? Ineffectively?

• Do you feel a negotiator effectively be used in this conflict? Why or why not? 
• What is your recommendation on how the situation should be handled or avoided.

Trauma is ubiquitous. While trauma is most commonly associated with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma can manifest in a myriad of different ways and not every client who experiences trauma will be diagnosed with PTSD. Social workers intervene directly with trauma when working in Veteran’s services, domestic violence/sexual assault response programs, and child protective services. Social workers also work with trauma indirectly when working in mental health, substance abuse services, schools, refugee resettlement, and other forms of social service. Whether or not you are directly treating a traumatic episode as the presenting problem, trauma will be present in the clinical space. 

 

In this Week’s Discussion, you will demonstrate your skills related to explaining trauma and intervention to a client. This will require you explain the concepts in a manner that is understandable to the developmental and educational level of the client. No need to solicit a volunteer to assist you. Position yourself as though the client is directly behind the camera lens. The goal is to show, not tell. In other words, you are expected to demonstrate rather than discuss your skills. You should role-play as if you were speaking directly to a client.

· Ask one question that you would use to elicit information about a client’s trauma experience. [Assume a response and move to the next part of the skill demonstration]

 

· Explain to the client the effects of trauma generally and how trauma may be affecting the client specifically. 

 

· Explain to the client what intervention(s) you would recommend and why.

 

· Explain the role you would take in any intervention given your scope of practice and to whom you would refer the client for additional intervention. 

Please discuss the physical principles behind the phenomenon of greenhouse effect and its implications on global warming. Also, discuss what we might do to slow down, or even reverse, this potentially devastating trend.
