Reintegration
When men and women join the military, they and their family members adapt to a new culture. They learn a different language steeped in acronyms and military slang. They participate in a community whose members are bound together by the core military value of service before self and by the missions they carry out. The chain of command that oversees almost every aspect of a military service member’s life also provides for the member’s basic needs, including regular employment, medical care, and housing. What challenges might military service members and their families face when they separate from the military and its unique culture and provisions?

It is widely known that utilizing paralegals is a frequent concern for practicing attorneys, especially when a paralegal’s actions may leave them performing tasks (e.g., advising on legal rights, negotiation or settlement, management of a law practice, etc.) which could result in the unauthorized practice of law. Equity FinancingCOLLAPSE
Young companies generally fund their assets with equity for two big reasons. The first is that there is not repayment obligation from equity financing versus debt financing. This gives the new company a little bit of wiggle room to grow, without having to make large payments in order to continue operations. They also do not have to factor in interest payments that would be required from taking out a loan. The second reason is it is an easy way to raisecapital in order to grow into their vision. New and young companies may be attracted to large venture capitalists who have experience with companies similar to their own. And believe that having investors own a piece of their company will help them grow into a success that has made the venture capitalists in the position they are in. I may have a great idea, but having someone with experience and a vested interest in my success can only help. The downside is that the equity investors will expect a large piece of the company that I may not be willing to share. If I know the company is going to expand and grow past my wildest dreams, these investors are getting a percentage of my company for pennies on the dollar.

The first thing I would want to know before making an investment opportunity I would want to know the pay back period. This is the easiest calculation to make for the different techniques and gives me an idea of when I would break even and “get my money back” for the investment. This would be the first technique I would use but not the only one. I would also use the net present value technique. This technique would inform me on the returns I should expect. This approach could also be used in the reverse way, I could use it to only look at investments that meet my Return On Investment criteria before looking at particular investments.
