Financial Plan for Photography Business- Business Plan

Demonstrate that your business can be viable and profitable. Existing businesses can use historical data, whereas start-ups will use projections based on your “best estimates.”
 

Your financial plan should include the following information:

  1. Sources and uses of capital (where your money is coming from and how you are going to spend it).
  2. Cash flow projection.
  3. Balance sheet (assets owned and liabilities owed).
  4. Profit-and-loss statement (sales revenues and expenses, either actual or estimated).
  5. Break-even analysis (how much product you need to sell to cover your expenses).

You can submit your financial plan either in paragraph format or in chart format in 1-2 pages.

THEN complete the following:

The format should be:

  1. A Succession Plan, 
  2. An Executive Summary, 
  3. A Reference List, and 
  4. Complete Business Plan

First, complete a brief Succession plan. What are your long-term intentions for the business? How will investors get their money back? (100–200 words)

Second, prepare your Executive summary. The executive summary should be a 1-2 page overview of your entire plan. The executive summary should include an overview of your company information, the market opportunity that you’ve identified, and financial data such as financial forecasts, equity investment desired, and any long-term loans that will be needed. (800–1000 words)

Primary Task Response: Within the Discussion Board area, write 400 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. This will be the foundation for future discussions by your classmates. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.

Computer Assisted Coding (CAC) Project

After reading the above material & listening to the 2 lectures from the CAC users, please write a one page summary  and recommendations for implementing (or not implementing)  a CAC.  Your one page summary recommendation will address the following points:

 

1. What are the benefits of using CAC?  

2.  What is the best approach to using CAC?  Would you use CAC with other coders?  If so how would you do 

this?  Would you have the coders validate the CAC codes or leave the CAC to do only certain types of 

coding?

3. After reading & reviewing the material and listening to the guest speakers experience with CAC, please 

justify your decision as to why you chose your approach

Week 8: Reflection Paper

This windshield survey is a tool used by public health nurses to obtain basic knowledge about a given community. This survey can be conducted by traveling by car, walking, or taking public transportation to gather information on the health of a community and the members of that community. When conducting this survey, make sure to include all community participants, schools, police, fire, hospitals, clinics, etc. Also, please make sure to share your completed presentation with an identified entity in the surveyed community who might be interested in your findings.

Assessment/Interview

Select a community of interest in your region. Perform a physical assessment of the community.

  1. Perform a direct assessment of a community of interest using the “Functional Health Patterns Community Assessment Guide.”
  2. Interview a community health and public health provider regarding that person’s role and experiences within the community.

Interview Guidelines

Interviews can take place in-person, by phone, or by Skype.

Develop interview questions to gather information about the role of the provider in the community and the health issues faced by the chosen community.

Complete the “Provider Interview Acknowledgement Form” prior to conducting the interview. Submit this document separately in its respective drop box.

Compile key findings from the interview, including the interview questions used, and submit these with the presentation.

PowerPoint Presentation

Create a PowerPoint presentation of 15-20 slides (slide count does not include title and references slide) describing the chosen community interest.

Include the following in your presentation:

  1. Description of community and community boundaries: the people and the geographic, geopolitical, financial, educational level; ethnic and phenomenological features of the community, as well as types of social interactions; common goals and interests; and barriers, and challenges, including any identified social determinates of health.
  2. Summary of community assessment: (a) funding sources and (b) partnerships.
  3. Summary of interview with community health/public health provider.
  4. Identification of an issue that is lacking or an opportunity for health promotion.
  5. A conclusion summarizing your key findings and a discussion of your impressions of the general health of the community.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA format ting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
