Imagine that you are working as a psychologist. Develop a scenario where you might see a client for testing. The testing may be forensic, educational, clinical, or occupational.

Part A: Using Sattlers pillars of assessment, explain how you would proceed with the testing process.

1. Discuss the benefits of combining machine learning with other AI technologies. 

2. How can machine learning improve marketing?

3. Discuss the opportunities of improving human resource management.

4. Discuss the benefits for customer service.

 What labor markets should be considered when recruiting to fill an opening for a housekeeping staff at a local hospital? What labor markets should be considered for staffing the chief surgeon for the local hospital?

1) Week Two Assignment

Do a bit of research on-line. Find a criminal case that involved Digital Forensics.

 

Using WORD, write an ORIGINAL brief essay of 300 words or more describing the case and the how digital forensics were used  in the investigation.

Write a brief essay describing that case and how it relates to this week’s topic.

4) Week Five Assignment

Go  to the website: https://epic.org/privacy/litigation/ which focuses on civil rights issues and privacy. Pick a case.

 

Using WORD, in you OWN WORDS, write an ORIGINAL brief essay of 300 words or more  :

Describe how the case deals with the material in this chapter

5) Week Six Assignment

Describe the plain view doctrine, and why  it has such a significant impact on digital forensics? What are three approaches to determining whether the doctrine applies to a specific case.

Use your own words and do not copy  the work of another student.

6) Week Seven Discussion

You have been assigned to investigate whether or not an employee at a local hospital has been accessing patient records and setting information to online pharmacies. It is your first day of the investigation. Put together a list of data sources that must be examined during the investigation.

Use the web or other resources to research at least two criminal or civil cases in which  recovered files played a significant role in how the case was resolved.

Using Chapter 10 as a reference, eExplain the concept of information stores. Why is an understanding of how different clients store messaging information critical to the success of an email search?

  • One of the problems with non-verbal language is that it is difficult to interpret. You are giving a presentation to your associates at work (or classmates in class) and you observe the following non-verbal behavior in your audience members.
    • One associate/student is writing the entire time you are talking.
    • One associate/student is smiling although you are talking about a serious issue.
    • One associate/student has his/her eyes closed.
  • Discuss three possible interpretations of each non-verbal behavior and analyze how each interpretation would influence the speakers evaluation of audience feedback/change.
