Hi dear, I need help with my case study, so within 1,500 words – typically about three pages – you will use the case preparation questions that already attached for that case to diagnose some of the key issues in the case as well as prepare your own set of recommendations. You may add additional information with an appendices. These are briefings to management or to the Board of Directors as specified in the assignment. Therefore, do not repeat the facts in the case, but synthesize them to show you understand the issue being addressed. Demonstrate that your recommendations “fitвЂк the companyвЂTMs capabilities or show how your recommendations will augment or challenge the existing capabilities of the company in all areas.

 

Four aspects of strong business writing are considered in grading these case briefings and all other class written deliverables:

1.The strength of your analysis and your ability to draw out the implications of the situation.

2.The ability to substantiate your positions with facts from the case.

3.The realism of recommendations and an ability to develop solutions that can be implemented.

4.The clarity of your writing and your ability to use the strong business writing conventions presented in BA
