Mentor Unit Plan Analysis

During the past six weeks, you identified curricular and an instructional planning unit that your mentor teacher taught. You recorded his or her instructional unit in the Planning section of the “COE Lesson Plan Template.” In order to ensure students have mastered what is taught, several learning experiences or strategies may have been necessary. You then created a different yet applicable learning experience/activity that supported his or her instruction and recorded it in the Instruction section of the template.

In a 500 word summary, describe the thought process to create appropriate learning experiences, content standards, and assessments for each activity.

As mentioned in Topic 1, your collection of lesson plans are due with this summary. Include your considerations of diversity, technology, and local curricular emphasis.
