Q1 – Glossier grew out of the beauty blog Into the Gloss.  What do you view as the Into the Gloss success factors? How were they leveraged for the DTC brand Glossier?  Brandless another big DTC brand targeting a similar audience failed this week.  Does Glossier have staying power?  Why?
Q2 – Glossier is considering buying advertising for conventional TV.  Is that a good or bad idea and why?  Regardless, write the creative brief that would be used to launch Glossiers first foray into TV.
