DescriptionWrite a Community Problem and Population Analysis Paper using the course textbook assessment framework. As part of a community assessment process we need to know and understand the target population and social issue/problem of concern in a community. Students will work individually to analyze and discuss a current social issue or problem faced by the population of interest.

There are no page requirements (min or max); I do however expect each student to answer the questions thoroughly and to format the paper in APA. The paper should not be a listing of number questions and answers. In your Analysis paper make sure that you utilize outside resources and compose your paper in a scholarly APA formatted paper.
Students will research a community need affecting a specific community that the student chooses. The assessment must include the neighborhood directly impacted by the need. Students must incorporate textbook course material and questions (1-8) in their paper.

2. What are the names of one agency already addressing the need? You can choose Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) (Chair) to discuss the next 6 questions

4. What target population (demographics) do they serve?
5. What is their mission statement?
6. What activities or programs do they provide to meet the needs of their mission? Provide details of each program
7. How many people are on their staff?
8. What is the estimated annual budget of the agency?
