You are the Human Resources Manager for a printing company. After discussions with the General Manager, you discover that the company has no formal safety and health program. The General Manager says it has always been a concern, but she just hasn’t had time to create one. Moreover, OSHA has never asked to inspect the company. You tell the General Manager that having these programs is critical and you will take on the responsibility.
