Human Resources Perspective and Organizational Structures
Present an outline of your Final Project, including a preliminary list of at least five sources you will use. Your sources should be from academic journals, professional organizations, non-vendor websites and/or interview information from human resource professionals. Your text should not be a primary source of information for this assignment.
The outline you submit now should follow the same organization as the final paper for this project. You should include the following in your outline:
Title:
A concise statement describing your subject. It may be refined later.
Introduction:
Provide the introductory section of your paper. In this section, state the purpose of the paper in a succinct declarative sentences.
the study will have a practical value and meaning for you and
the study will be based upon the concepts learned in the course.
Additional Sections:
Outline the remaining sections of your paper. What concepts from the course are applicable in each section? You must provide a sufficient description of each section so that I understand why the concepts cited are relevant.
References:
As noted above, you must include a preliminary list of references.

Format: The outline should be no more than 2 pages in length plus your list of references.
Students will apply compensation, organizational strategy, and performance from various perspectives in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of the functions, issues, and activities involved in compensation administration.
The student will provide detailed information on the process and strategies representing the following:
1. from a strategic perspective the process involved in remunerating workers for services/work performed.
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of how an organization balances competing perspectives and values in creating a compensation system and explain through examples on how it represents the company values, cultures.
3. Demonstrate the linkages among organizational strategy, pay systems and performance and layout the process.
4. Learn to analyze organizational and job factors to determine the structure of pay systems and assess external competitiveness to determine pay level.
5. explain how employee performance indicators are relevant (e.g., performance appraisal systems) to determine individual pay.
Please include the historical perspective such as the glass ceiling aspects and the law and how things may/not have changed. Use legal examples and modern day organizational structures which represent your paper.
