Your problem statement is still vague and generic. There is a lack of focus. Why is this study necessary? Where are the specific and detailed facts to support this study needs to take place? What does “healthy and happy employees” have to do with ergonomics? Please review the format for the content of chapter 1 and the APA Handbook for reference page format. You discuss PDCA, but there is no reference to Deming of Shewahrt. What is the macro impact on the industry and/or organization? How do you plan to apply the specific tools of quality for your analysis, if you do not clearly define the elements/conditions, by using facts, impacted by ergonomics?
