HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL LAW DEAL WITH THE REMOVAL OF SPACE DEBRIS?
ABSTRACT
This paper considers the problematic issues of identifying how international law through a multisector area of laws attempts to consider space debris issues. With over 500,000 pieces of objects with orbit, the question has now become scientific, legally and ethically questionable into what the international community can do through existing ‘Hard Law’ and the development of ‘Soft Law’ to help tackle the issue.
