TOPIC: investigation into the perception of project management teams when selecting a project management methodology in small and medium entreprises (SMES)
i submit the proposal and i got some comments from the lecturer

Perhaps state the issues with teams to really show there is a need for this research
. State what issues arise within project teams and provide statistical evidence and then state what is critical to the success of teams
. to set the scene here, you are on the right lines but more evidence of what a successful team is and what an unsuccessful team is too and then provide statistical evidence to show the outcome of poor teams and what constitutes poor team performance etc., I am assuming your dissertation is about how to address these issues identified in the literature?
. better connection here. Are you saying that the methodology used does actually impact on teams? Are you looking at the impact of different methodologies/techniques on team effectiveness? If so, how will this be measured?
. Are you concentrating on specific methodologies only? Are you only looking at particular sectors? Are you looking at a specific country? Are you only concentrating on particular size of projects? You must be very clear in your writing
. What you are looking at is, given the methodologies, what issues arise with teams and what can be done to improve this. Again be clear about what is being measured here?

– Do project management team in SMEs believe that they are using the right project management method?
-How confident are the project management teams in SMEs when there are using a project management method for their project?
– Do project management team seek for advice before adapting any project management tools in SMEs?
– Are the project management methods used in SMEs always appropriate for the project accomplishment?
– Do they believe that the methods used are beneficial for SMEs project success?
-Is being conscious or not about the positive consequences of these methods used can impact SMEs project activities?
