You must locate a lawsuit dealing with school counseling and/or education. These are best found by using an internet search engine of your choice. Such search strings many include: lawsuits school counseling, educational lawsuits, lawsuits in education, school counselors and lawsuits, etc. You may also use journals, websites, books etc. that might identify case law/legal cases in school counseling and education.
