Task Description:
You have 2 options for this assignment. Please choose one of the options below and work in pairs for Option 1. For Option 2 you may work in pairs if you wish.
Option 1: Teacher training workshop -> In pairs of 2 develop a workshop for Australian undergraduate students, highlighting the importance of IC awareness with respect to a specific ICC concept. You need to develop hands-on activities workshop. Your assignment should have a literature review component on the ICC concept you had chosen, highlighting the need for your workshop. You also need to provide an analysis of your activity explaining how it leads to more ICC awareness.
Option 2: Teaching resource evaluation -> Choose a language teaching resource (print or electronic), and evaluate its content and teaching approach in the light of what you have learnt throughout the semester, in particular the variety of English presented and some aspects of intercultural communication and cultural language. Your assignment should also have a literature review component.
