Paper instructions:
Use the Plotter and Planner document that you completed last week to once again keep track of how you spend your time this week. Do your best to follow the plan you created! At the end of the week, write a one-page time management reflection paper describing your experience in planning and following the schedule you created for yourself, including:
1) what you learned from the exercise
2) how you plan to self-monitor your time in the future to balance your time and achieve your goals
