I have little bit of idea for a Nurse that works with me , I am a CNA and the nurses hate their job and don’t help Cnas ,even don’t give any attention for the patient’s pain but Emily is a exception.Please I need a tribute speech simple and also with easy words. If u have any question let me know.
I wanna pay tribute speech for a Nurse that works with me her name is Emily.
All nurses I haven seen and that works with me hate their jobs and never help us Cnas .It’s unbelievable how the nurses after finish the school don’t want touch patients and thinks we Cnas are their slaves! Emily she is sweet and her is hands on the patient . She work in team and she is always ready for help who is en need.When she hear the call light of patients room ,she doesn’t wait for the cna go answer the call light,she walks and go answer and also she does what the patient is asking help for. Other nurses, just pretending not listening the call light and even they go and stop the call light after they listen waht the patient need ,they leave the room and go look for the cna for go help the patient. many times the patient is just asking for water,diaper change or for a blanquet but most the nurses say: i will be right back,but they don’t! Emily Walk into the room and help the patients whatever they need even if is for diaper change ,thing that the nurses don’t wanna do because they think is for the cnas do.Nurse Emily most the day stay after her shift helping who needs ven though she already clocked out . Every day Telemetry unity is very busy,crasy and Nurse Emily help the CNA who is in the floor ,she change beds,help patients with shower ,etc…Emily give total attention for every patient with dedication and love. Nurse Emily is the first nurse i have seen that does her job with love and is a team work!
