You work in the office of a personal financial planner. He has asked you to develop a draft of an initial PowerPoint presentation with detailed speaker notes to talk about hedge funds as alternatives available to this company for fund acquisition and the associated risk to the company.

The problem itself is “misunderstandings in friendships”, it is an ill-defined problem.
There are four stages to solve the problem:

A. Defining/redefining the problem- I need a dunker diagram for this stage. Define the problem with the dunker diagram and then redefine the problem with a new statement after the diagram

B. Generating solutions-At the stage, use brainstorming techniques such as vertical thinking or lateral thinking

C. Deciding on a course of action- leave this part as it is (KT analysis)

D. Implementation (planning, making a case for the chosen solution). At this stage, use a planning technique such as Gantt chart, Deployment chart, or Budget chart

This is rewriting! The presentation uploaded was done using KT analysis in all of the four stages which is NOT appropriate to do so. **PLEASE follow the instructions above carefully**
