  • -What does leadership mean to me?      Specifically, how do I want to be experienced as a leader? What unique      abilities are you committed to continue to apply moving forward? 
  • -How can you help others be more agile? 
  • -Who could benefit from the skills you learned? How can you teach them to pass along? 
  • -Alignment is one of the continued issues I see. When you notice people forget they are on the same team working toward the same mission, how can you effectively lead the team back on track?
