Select 3 areas that you have identified as psychological, technical, strategic, physical, etc., or a blend that you can improve upon or might consider to be weaknesses relative to other areas that you received a higher score on.

  Then develop a plan using one or more of the various mental or psychological skills described by the authors of your textbook such as goal setting, a pre-performance routine, self-talk, relaxation or imagery.

The plan should describe in detail what you will do, when, where, how, how often, etc.

  For instance, if you select goal setting your goal setting plan should describe and reflect effective goal-setting principles.6)  If you use imagery you should develop an imagery script that employs all or most of the senses.
