The proposal should: i) identify a research question; ii) very briefly summarize the context of the research; iii) outline the objectives of the study; and iv) describe in detail the methodology to be used, including a discussion of choice of research methods and why they are appropriate. The proposal may be based on a qualitative, quantitative, or mixed method strategy. Successful completion this assessment will reflect the appropriation of concepts and methods taught within the module and used to good effect in setting out a clear question and proposal for proposed research.
