What are some common reasons that people resist change?  Describe some of the specific tactics that “resisters” would employ to thwart change efforts.  What are at least 2 strategies to help “resisters” embrace change?

Expand a little on the point about having ethical integrity.  White and Leans (2008) research shows that ethical leaders integrity positively impacts team member ethical intentions. Thus, an organization must select and develop authentic, ethical transformational leaders in order to be successful.  Perhaps expand a bit on how BH is using this as a strategic advantage.
