You will find a job for which you are qualified (and you will submit the job posting as part of your assignment). This job can be local or not; it can even be a change of job posted from within your current organization. The key is to find a job that you are qualified to perform but need to apply for.

Once you have identified the potential job (and captured the posting), you will create a resume using the guidelines found in Chapter 15. Think about which elements are most critical for job you are trying to get.

In addition, you will write a cover letter to accompany your resume. Be careful to develop the letter appropriately, addressing the appropriate person (which may require a little investigation on your part), including the best information to sell yourself, and of course, writing it well. As you create both your resume and your cover letter, think about the look of the document, as well.

Requirements:

1) Job posting for an appropriate job. (included with your other items this can be a URL or an image)

2) Fully development resume

3) Well written cover letter

4) Remember to use an easy-to-read font and make sure everything looks good on the page

For this weeks discussion, select a potential ethical challenge that you, as a manager of an athletic shoe company, might face in the manufacture, distribution, promotion and/or sale of your products. Keep in mind that many of you have chosen to produce and sell your shoes in foreign markets (e.g. Asia/Pacific, Latin America, Europe/Africa).

Once youve identified a potential ethical challenge (e.g. the use of child labor), describe how each type of manager (moral, amoral and immoral) might respond when faced with the challenge youve selected.

Building a Comprehensive Health History
55-year-old Asian female living in a high-density public housing complex

According to a 2011 Gallup poll, nurses are ranked as the most trusted professionals in the United States. One of the most admired nursing skills is the ability to put patients at ease. When patients enter into a healthcare setting, they are often apprehensive about sharing personal health information. Caring nurses can alleviate the hesitance of patients and encourage them to be forthcoming with this information.

The initial health history interview can be an excellent opportunity to develop supportive relationships between patients and nurses. Nurses may employ a variety of communication skills and interview techniques to foster strong bonds with patients and to effectively facilitate the diagnostic process. In conducting interviews, advanced practice nurses must also take into account a range of patient-specific factors that may impact the questions they ask, how they ask those questions, and their complete assessment of the patients health.

This week, you will consider how social determinants of health such as age, gender, ethnicity, and environmental situation impact the health and risk assessment of the patients you serve. You will also consider how social determinants of health influence your interview and communication techniques as you work in partnership with a patient to gather data to build an accurate health history.
Learning Objectives
Students will:

Analyze communication techniques used to obtain patients health histories based upon social determinants of health
Analyze health-related risk
Apply concepts, theories, and principles related to patient interviewing, diagnostic reasoning, and recording patient information

Discussion: Building a Health History
Effective communication is vital to constructing an accurate and detailed patient history. A patients health or illness is influenced by many factors, including age, gender, ethnicity, and environmental setting. As an advanced practice nurse, you must be aware of these factors and tailor your communication techniques accordingly. Doing so will not only help you establish rapport with your patients, but it will also enable you to more effectively gather the information needed to assess your patients health risks.

For this Discussion, you will take on the role of a clinician who is building a health history for a particular new patient assigned by your Instructor.

To prepare:

With the information presented in Chapter 1 of Ball et al. in mind, consider the following:

By Day 1 of this week, you will be assigned a new patient profile by your Instructor for this Discussion. Note: Please see the Course Announcements section of the classroom for your new patient profile assignment.
How would your communication and interview techniques for building a health history differ with each patient?
How might you target your questions for building a health history based on the patients social determinants of health?
What risk assessment instruments would be appropriate to use with each patient, or what questions would you ask each patient to assess his or her health risks?
Identify any potential health-related risks based upon the patients age, gender, ethnicity, or environmental setting that should be taken into consideration.
Select one of the risk assessment instruments presented in Chapter 1 or Chapter 5 of the Seidel’s Guide to Physical Examination text, or another tool with which you are familiar, related to your selected patient.
Develop at least five targeted questions you would ask your selected patient to assess his or her health risks and begin building a health history.
By Day 3 of Week 1
Post a summary of the interview and a description of the communication techniques you would use with your assigned patient. Explain why you would use these techniques. Identify the risk assessment instrument you selected, and justify why it would be applicable to the selected patient. Provide at least five target

A spool of thread has rolled under the bed! Fortunately, you get the free end of the thread. The inner part of the reel where the thread is wound is a homogeneous, full cylinder of mass 3M and radius 2R. At each end there is a homogeneous cylindrical disc with mass M and radius 3R. The total mass of reels m = 5M. The moment of inertia of a homogeneous, full cylinder about its axis of symmetry is: I = 1 / 2mr ^ 2. The free end of the thread comes out from the underside of the inner cylinder, in the middle between the two outer discs. There is friction between the reel and the floor, with a static coefficient of friction = 0.25 and a dynamic coefficient of friction = 0.2.

1. Show that the maximum force at which the reel rolls without slipping is:
F <F_max = 5 / 3Mg

2. In which direction does the reel move as you pull with the force F = F_max? Do you get out of bed? Explain.

The next thing you do is to give the thread a strong bounce in the horizontal direction, that is, you use a large horizontal force F over a very short time interval t. The force is much greater than the frictional force, and you can therefore disregard the frictional force in that time interval while the string is working. After this time interval, when the force F has stopped working, the reel moves at speed v = v_o and angular velocity w_0.

3. How big is the impulse that the spool gets?

4. Show that the angular velocity w_0 is related to the linear velocity v_0 as follows:

w_o = w_0 ^ k = 2/3 (v_0 / R) ^ k

my task is to write total of 1.5 pages on information risk (delibrate) of commonwealth bank. it should address each of the following aspects: Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Evaluation, and Risk treatment.

it should also include also a mature discussion with all components of risk identified, risk analysis done with reasons for method used, risk evaluated and detail treatment options given with possible constraints and including monitor and review plan and responsibility.

The discussion paper is on Data Leak Prevention and i want to cover these below topics for 800 words in total

Evaluate the hypothetical program that you created using the following types of evaluation: formative, process, outcome, and impact. Identify each type of evaluation that you are using and the part of the program to which it applies, program goals, and program accomplishments. Describe successful areas of the program and areas that need improvement. For the areas requiring improvement, present the changes that will be made, the anticipated outcomes, and how those changes would be evaluated.
