Consider a past scenario from a past experience as a follower and do the following:

Evaluate the effectiveness of the leader within your example using equity theory.  Describe one example of how the leader might improve upon their own performance.

Describe how three motivational techniques praise, encouraging, and recognition were used by the leader and how techniques affected flowers.  Recommend an additional feedback, coaching or executive coaching that could have been used to improve performance.

Describe how power and influence were used to accomplish goals.  Explain if power and influence were either appropriate or not.
Recommend an additional power or influence tech the leader could have used to improve performance and the performance of one person.
