Reducing Work-Related Stress

For the Reflection Paper develop a stress mitigation plan for yourself. What lessons learned from your own stress evaluation can you apply to current workplace practices?

Include some effective emotional and physical coping mechanisms that you believe would work in this particular situation in your stress mitigation plan.

Additionally, think of a time in your workplace where diversity or ethics were in the spotlight. Was this more or less stressful for you and the organization?

Your reflection paper should be a minimum of two pages in length. Use at least one outside resource to support your reflection paper. All sources, including the textbook, must be cited and referenced according to APA standards.

Read The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold and write an essay “ANALYZE THE GRIEF REACTIONS DISPLAYED BY CHARACTERS” in the novel.  Type your essay using 12 point font with one inch borders and double spacing.  Your work should be a minimum of five pages (although it may be longer) and should include appropriate references.
*I will need all references used outside of the book noted

Where do I begin . My professor said

“There is a good discussion of the 3 ethical  dilemmas noted in the response. The notable response explains that  advance planning and a social worker could serve as resources to make  Jamilah’s plans clearer. However, it is not evident that the discussion  includes a completed University of Washington Paradigm form. To complete  the requirement, a discussion of a completed University of Washington  Paradigm is needed.”

I just need help completing the questions

Hello I added the instructions to the order. But I would like to say that since I’m only in intro to Engineering don’t make the project too good since that would make them suspicious, just make it hit every requirement and keep it basic. Also one more thing is that I need the file to be compatible with Autodesk Inventor 2019. That’s all thanks.

  • Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, view video . The ecological footprint is a tool for helping us to visualize the impacts we make on the environment. In this weeks class discussion, you will have the opportunity to learn more about how connected you are to the ecosystems and biosphere that you inhabit.
  • In a course-long project beginning this week, you will take on the challenge of lessening your impacts on the environment through reducing the size of your ecological footprint. Specifically, you will identify possible lifestyle changes that would reduce the amount of resources you use and/or the amount of carbon dioxide emissions that you produce. In a course-long experiment, you will determine whether or not it is possible to make a measurable difference in your environmental impact through a few simple actions in your daily life. The first step, of course, is to determine your ecological footprint right now. To do that, you will calculate three footprints: an overall ecological footprint that takes most of our daily behaviors into consideration; a carbon footprint that focuses on our daily carbon emissions that are contributing to global climate change; and a water footprint that assesses daily water use.
  • Part A: Ecological Footprint
  • Use the footprint tool from the web page to calculate your ecological footprint. At every opportunity, please select the add details to improve accuracy option. At the end of the footprint activity, make a note of how many Earths would be required if everyone lived like you. Then click on see details to obtain the following information:
  • Your ecological footprint, in global hectares (a hectare is about 2.5 acres).
  • Your top three consumption categories.
  • Finally, research some ways you might reduce your footprint, identifying a few specific ones that you might put into practice throughout the course.
  • Part B: Household Carbon Emissions Footprint
  • Next, use the to calculate your household carbon emissions footprint. After answering all the questions,
  • Make a note of your carbon emissions footprint in pounds. Is that above or below the average household carbon footprint in the US?
  • Explore specific actions you might take to reduce your footprint. Which of them might be practical to undertake in the next five weeks?
  • Part C: Water Footprint
  • Finally, use the to calculate your daily water footprint. After answering all the questions,
  • Make a note of your gallons-per-day water footprint.
  • Record the top three contributors to it.
  • Scroll down the page to access a series of Tips buttons you can click on for advice on reducing your footprint. Again, make a note of some specific ideas you see that might be practical to implement over the next five weeks.
  • Discussion Post Requirements
  • Your discussion should include all the information you gathered about your consumption habits from your three footprint calculations, including all numbers with units.
  • Footprint Table
  • Week 1ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINTHectares:       # Earths:  Top 3 Consumption Categories:   CARBON FOOTPRINTCarbon Emissions (lbs): WATER FOOTPRINTGallons per day: Top 3 Contributors:
  • Copy the table above and paste into your post, then add your data for each category.  You can also access the . Then, in a well-crafted post of at least 200 additional words, examine the numerical results of your three footprint calculations by answering the following questions:
  • What did you learn that surprised you about your consumption habits?
  • What lifestyle changes could you make that would reduce one or more of the three footprints? Propose a minimum of five. (These do not have to be the ones you use in this course-long project; over the course of the discussion, you may opt to select other ones based upon classmates recommendations. You will be recording your final choices for lifestyle changes in your Journal at the end of the week.)
  • For each lifestyle change, which footprint would you be lowering? Discuss potential obstacles to making those changes, and then suggest ways you might overcome those obstacles.

Your assignment is to write a 1000 word paper in an APA format. You must use four resources and the textbook cannot be used as a resource. The paper must have:
1. A cover page
2. An introduction, body of the paper, and conclusion.
3. You must have four (4) references.
4. You cannot use Wikipedia, Ask How, Encyclopedias, or anything similar as a resource.
5. Your references should be from peer reviewed journal or books and can be obtained from the internet

Upload a copy of each of your scripts to IvyLearn.

    M05_LastNameFirstName_Alter
    M05_LastNameFirstName_InsertInto
    M05_LastNameFirstName_Update
*Note: For fields that exist in multiple tables, data type and size should be the same (i.e. ProjDeptID exists in ProjDept, Employee, and Task tables; the datatype for the ProjDeptID in each of these tables should be the same).  When creating tables, consider data that is dependent on each other (i.e. primary key fields must always be created before foreign keys can reference them).  For the data entry is time consuming; be sure to allot enough time to complete the data entry portion of this assignment.  To successfully insert your statements, use the same table names that used in when creating the tables for this assignment. When entering data, consider data that is dependent on each other (i.e. primary key data must always be added before foreign keys). Required fields must have data.
(40 points) Based on the Entity Relationship Diagram (shown on page 3) for the Employee Projects Database, complete the following:
1.    Write the SQL statements for creating the tables for the Employee Projects Database. Save these statements in a script called M05_LastNameFirstName_CreateTables (where LastName is your last name and FirstName is your first name). Run/execute these commands in Oracle Application Express. Upload a copy of your script to IvyLearn.
    ID fields use NUMBER(x) datatype
    Date fields use DATE datatype
Any field that will be a string use the VARCHAR2(x) datatype, where x is the appropriate size of the field
To assist with choosing sizes for the datatypes, some examples of the data for each table created can be found on the last page of this assignment.
2.    Write the SQL statements for altering the tables in the Employee Projects Database to define the primary key and foreign key constraints. Save these statements in a script called M05_LastNameFirstName_Constraints (where LastName is your last name and FirstName is your first name). Run/execute these commands in Oracle Application Express. Upload a
