Quality postproduction scoring and the accurate recording of instrumental audio tracks is critical to achieve engaging soundtracks. “Fixing it in the mix” is not always the best option, but often is used in posting captured “live” performances. In this assignment, you will locate a segment of a film score and write an essay that analyzes the process of postproduction scoring and recording, and evaluates the effectiveness of the score on the viewing audience.
