SA is an emerging research tool for following how a brand is perceived by the public. But this system isn’t perfect. On that website, search for a brand or business (or even a person). After the search, click on Detailed Statistics and then Sentiment. Look at the results and explain what is the feeling for that topic. Keep in mid that sometime recently could have altered the brand briefly. Do three different searches and let me know if you discovered something interesting. It’s especially interesting to compare various social mediums and if a brand trends positive on one and negative on another.
