Take one or two Level 2 WBS elements and breakdown until you document 25 tasks
Resource Management Plan

List of roles, responsibilities, and skills/experience
Match resources (both people and physical) to the 25 task-level WBS elements
Staffing plan (how will you staff the project)
Organization chart
RACI table (roles against deliverables)
