What is the Final Format?
As previously stated, the paper will be written in current APA format, must be a minimum of 16 pages (not including the title page, abstract, and references), and must utilize at least 15 scholarly references. The final format must include the following:
    Title page;
    Abstract;
    Outline;
    Introduction (no longer than 1 page);
    Findings (a minimum of 13 pages);

After reading the Comprehensive Preparedness Guide, write a Mass Casualty Incident Specific Annex describing the response to a high amount of casualties during a disaster in Bobsville.

Your annex should:
Identify the departments and agencies designated to perform response and recovery activities and specifies tasks they must accomplish
Outline the integration of assistance that is available to local jurisdictions during disaster situations that generate emergency response and recovery needs beyond what the local jurisdiction can satisfy
Specify the direction, control, and communications procedures and systems that will be relied upon to alert, notify, recall, and dispatch emergency response personnel; warn the public; protect residents and property; and request aid/support from other jurisdictions and/or the Federal Government (including the role of the Governors Authorized Representative)

In this section I would expect students to discuss the challenges/changes that the organisation they have chosen had to deal with.  A clear analysis should be provided in relation to what was the change, what was the impact it had on the organisation and how did they deal with it. If students can relate those changes to any of the models discussed in class, for example PESTEL, then even better.

The main purpose for performing this secondary research is to allow students to practically see the impact that changes in the business environment can have on business organisations. That way they can understand that such changes can be  positive or negative, direct or indirect. 

Conclusions:

This section should summarise the main points of the previous section, drawing everything together.
