Emotions and Stress: What have we learned to improve our lives?
Taking all of the information learned in the chapter about emotional development and responses, describe how you can apply what you have read to improve your ability to deal with your emotions, respond to stressful events, and improve your day to day life.  Review these articles below and link some ideas from them to your post. There are a lot for this week, so skim them and use those ideas that are relevant for your response.  You could also search www.sciencedaily.com (Links to an external site.) to find some articles that are relevant to you and then cite them in your response.  Don’t be intimated by the long list below, review the title and abstract, and then decide if it is something you would like to incorporate, if so then read the article as quoted in science daily.  This topic is rich with information and could be a class by itself.  This topic is so important to our daily lives, our well-being, and our mental health that it is worth investigating for the many ways it can be applied to enrich our lives and help us lead better ones.
