Take the client you have chosen for Assignment 1 and now design a Phase 1 Stabilization Endurance program (Warm-Up, Core/Balance/Plyometric, & SAQ sections only) following the guidelines provided by NASM. Refer to the templates used in your text and/or the attached file “NASM OPT Template.”

Your program must include:

A brief background of your client/athlete
Include your template with the Warm-up, Core/Balance/Reactive, and SAQ (optional) sections filled in. Creativity is encouraged, but your exercise choices must follow the guidelines set forth in the text for Phase 1 Stabilization Endurance training. Other exercise programs such as CrossFit, Orange Theory, HIIT Training, etc. do NOT follow the OPT Model and should not be used.
Detailed rationales of why you have chosen each one of your SMR muscles, stretches, and exercises.  These must be based on your client’s goals, assessment(s) from Assignment 1 and/or scientific research. Opinion, casual “gym,” or “bro” science is not acceptable reasoning for exercise selections. You must express detail in your program covering all acute variables such as sets, reps, tempo, and rest.

Your narrative (not including workout chart) must be a minimum of THREE FULL pages

Submission Instructions:
Your writing component must meet all rules of APA formatting. This includes a title page, headers, page numbers, intext citations, and a reference list that follows the APA 6th edition format.
