Instructions
Take the OD Self Assessment prior to responding to the prompts. Share a summary of your results here. There are no right or wrong answers to the assessment. The self-assessment simply measures where you are in terms of the values and assumptions you share with organization development. There is no score for how closely you align. We are all in a different space.
(Links to an external site.)After each response in the survey, you will see a pie chart. That chart shows you how others who responded to the survey questions. This helps to bring context to the assessment. Reflect on your responses. Your results are sent to your email and after you click submit for the assessment the next page automatically shows your responses as well.
Create a presentation utilizing Google Slide, Prezi, Powerpoint, Powtoon or software of your choice.
Presentations should be no longer than 10 slides.
Presentations should be between 3 and 6 minutes.
Utilize one of the many tools (preferably free) available to you. Google Chrome has two different free extensions for screen recordings that are free and simple to use. If you use either of the tools below you can share the link directly from there and not have to upload to a service such as YouTube, Loom (Links to an external site.), or Screencastify (Links to an external site.)
