Create a script demonstrating your understanding of Strength and Conditioning training. The script should be completed within the following guidelines:

1. Introduce yourself by name, school, or association that you work for, etc.

2. Identify the athlete and sport you are coaching and the athletes position in the training cycle.

3. Introduce the layout of the training program and then begin training. (NOTE: Training should be specific for the athletes needs.)

4. Walk through training techniques with both verbal explanation and physical demonstration.

5. Include both a warm-up and cool-down routine with both verbal explanation and physical demonstration.

6. Format should be easily readable. The reviewer should be able to read your script and get a mental image of what is trying to be relayed. See sample play scripts or movie scripts for sample formats.

7. Since you will not have visual examples, the script will need to convey your vision. Be detailed but concise.

What does informatics mean to you? Provide one detailed example.

What specifically about informatics do you want to learn in this course?

Each response should be substantive and provide enough detail to answer the question comprehensively. Does not require citation or references, but if you do, please use one from the last 5 years and APA format.

About 250 words

Mrs. Grayson (75 years old) has lived alone for 19 years since her husband died. She has 4 adult children. Three children live within walking distance of her home. Until recently, she was completely independent in her home environment. Last month, Mrs. Grayson had a stroke that left her with some residual weakness. She received short term home health assistance after hospital discharge. After that assistance ended, one son invited her to live with him and his family. She politely declined. Since then, she has fallen two times at night with the most recent fall leaving a large bruise on her right side. When her son saw the bruise, she admitted to falling at night when she tried to go to the bathroom.

Based on the vignette, select a long-term care option (long-term care at home, community-based programs, or naturally occurring retirement communities) for Mrs. Grayson. Consider the strengths, weaknesses, and considerations for each option.

 Assignment Content

Refer to NIST SP 800-53 (Rev. 4) [https://nvd.nist.gov/800-53] for the 18 candidate security control families and associated security controls.

Security Assessment must be incorporated into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in order to be a secure, integrated process. Testing of selected security controls ensures that applications meet business requirements, function as planned, and protect associated data securely from attack. A security assessment of the targeted environment identifies vulnerabilities that may cause a security breach and specifies the security controls that mitigate the vulnerabilities.

For this assignment, use the organization you choose.

Part I: Mapping Vulnerabilities to Security Controls

Choose 5 distinct security control families as specified in NIST SP 800-53 (Rev. 4) that are most applicable to your organizations known vulnerabilities.

Create a 1-page spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel that identifies the following criteria for each family:

Control ID

Control Name

Vulnerability

Recommended mitigation (refer to your Week 3 assignment; refine them for this mitigation)

Part II: Security Controls Testing

Provide a 2- to 3-page table in Microsoft Word including each family, and describe the testing procedure that will mitigate the vulnerability. Annotate whether the testing procedure is an interview, observation, technical test, or a combination.

Example of Security Controls Testing Table:

Part III: Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Scanning

Provide a 1-page description of penetration testing and vulnerability scanning processes.

Describe how they are used as part of the organizations testing and assessment strategy.

Format your citations according to APA guidelines.

Select a technology tool that would be helpful in addressing a client/organization issue. Utilize the five considerations for integrating new technological tools to analyze the Selfhelp Community Services, Inc., New York, NY case study (page 319). Which factors should be reviewed before implementing the technology?

Thread: Charles Colson and Daniel Benson argue in Restitution v. Imprisonment that programs of restitution by offenders to their victims should be instituted on a wide scale as the primary means of dealing with criminal behavior. Is this argument persuasive to you? Explain why you do or do not believe that such a system would work. Consider the biblical model of restitution in your explanation.

Replies: Respond to 2 classmates threads and state why you agree or disagree with them. Be sure to use specific examples from the course material and textbook.

” The Role of Audit Committees in Corporate Governance “

Few ideas I want to discuss in the research ( feel free to add your own points)
–    The affect of the audit committees on corporate governance; does it enhance it? And by how far?
–    Does it affect the quality of the financial reports ?
–    Its relation to increase the confidence in firms by investors.
–    Its relation to strengthen the economy as a whole.

I will also attach a research-proposal guidance to help you. Please cover the points in there.

See the attachment for ALL of the requirements and the week 5 source document

Using the empirical research article that your instructor approved in the Week 5 assignment, ask yourself: Is this a quantitative research article or a qualitative research article? Remember, in quantitative research, the emphasis is on measuring social phenomenon because it is assumed that everything can be observed, measured, and quantified. On the other hand, in qualitative research, it is assumed that social phenomenon cannot be easily reduced and broken down into concepts that can be measured and quantified. Instead, there may be different meanings to phenomenon and experiences. Often in qualitative research, researchers use interviews, focus groups and observations to gather data and then report their findings using words and quotations.

Consider how these different methods affect the sampling design and recruitment strategy, and ask yourself how the recruitment of research participants will affect the findings.

For this Assignment, submit a 3-4 page paper.

Complete the following:

Read your selected empirical research article, and identify whether the study is a quantitative or qualitative study. Justify the reasons why you believe it is a quantitative or qualitative study. (Your instructor will indicate to you if you are correct in identifying the research design. This will point you to whether you will use the Quantitative Article and Review Critique or the Qualitative Article and Review Critique guidelines for the final assignment in week 10.)

Using the empirical research article, focus on the sampling method in the study and begin to evaluate the sampling method by answering the following:

o Describe the sampling methods in your own words (paraphrase, do not quote from the article).

o Describe the generalizability or the transferability of the research finding based on the sampling method.

o Discuss the limitations the article identified with the sample and how those limitations affect the reliability or credibility.

o Explain one recommendation you would make to improve the sampling plan of the study that would address these limitations in future research.
