If you have you been involved with a company doing a redesign of business processes, discuss what went right during the redesign and what went wrong from your perspective. Additionally, provide a discussion on what could have been done better to minimize the risk of failure. If you have not yet been involved with a business process redesign, research a company that has recently completed one and discuss what went wrong, what went right, and how the company could have done a better job minimizing the risk of failure.

READING SUMMARIES INSTRUCTIONS Week 7
You will complete 6 Reading Summaries throughout this course. Each summary must be at least (1.5-2 pages) and must synthesize the information learned from all reading material each module/week. You will integrate the knowledge learned from the content in the Reading & Study folder in each module/week.
For instance, the textbook will contain a broad range of content. Use the text to navigate the summary, but then explore specific issues from the text that the theories book and articles discuss. All information you pull from each of the required reading sources for that module/week must be cited in current APA style. Feel free to use outside sources as well, but you are not required to do so.
Each summary must include: an integration of the Kassin et al. text chapters, Chadee theory chapters, and two journal articles related to each module/week. The summary should include an intro paragraph, three paragraphs each with a major theme supported by several of the sources and a closing paragraph. The intro paragraph should be an overall summary of the module/week material (1-2 paragraphs). Then you should include (1-2 paragraphs) for 3-5 of the major points that span across all sources for the module/week. Each of these paragraphs should have a minimum of 2 SOURCES cited in each paragaph. **This is to ensure that you are integrating the information, rather than just summarizing each source independently. And lastly, you should include a concluding paragraph that ties together the major themes you introduced in the body of the summary.
The Reading Summaries will be individual submissions that will be reviewed by only your instructor. One of the most interesting things about these two early colonial poets is that their roles are reversed on what we might usually expect from colonial men and women. While both poets lived the usual roles assigned to women (Bradstreet was the at-home mother of eight children) and men (Taylor was both a minister and a physician), it is Bradstreet who published and gained some degree of renown during her lifetime and it was Taylor whose poetry was posthumously published. In fact, Bradstreet has the distinction of producing “the first sustained body of poetry in British North America” (112).
Yet, the commonality of the themes in the two selections from Bradstreet (“To “My Dear and Loving Husband” and “In Memory of My Dear Grandchild Elizabeth Bradstreet”) and Taylor’s poem (“Upon Wedlock, and Death of Children”) share a similar love of family and heart-wrenching loss.
Read these three short poems and decide for yourself what life was like in late 17th Century New England.
