Read the instruction and do both the letter of concern and memorandum. Thats 2 different papers. The letter of concern should be 3 pages and the memorandum should be 2 pages. The memorandum should be like a response to the latter of concern.
Unit One: Letter of Concern and Memorandum: The student will identify an issue which
needs to be resolved and then write a letter of concern (2-3 pages, single-spaced) as well
as the subsequent plan for action (1-2 pages, single-spaced). Intended for a person of
authority, the letter of concern discusses a perceived problem and the manner in which to
correct it. The letter should also consider those affected by the issue and the potential
consequences if it is ignored. In the memorandum, the student assumes the viewpoint of
the authority figure and composes a document that succinctly describes the decided
course of action and attempts to mitigate all parties negatively affected by the change
