Though there are many companies (such as Disney and its Baby Einstein series) making a great deal of money from media made JUST for infants and toddlers, the American Medical Association has said infants in particular should not be exposed to media. The article you read suggests, but does not offer evidence, that parents should limit media use for children. But what if parents watch media WITH their children, giving them context during and after the viewing?
