The history of comic books

This paper requires a thesis and although I dont have a perfect thesis I do have links and the topics for the three body paragraphs. I also need a good hook. And if its possible can you make the paper sound like a 9th grader?

The first topic for the first body paragraph is the first comic book and the debut of Superman and other superheroes

The second topic for the second body paragraph is what comics were still being produced during WWll and how it was hard to produce comics at the time.

The third body paragraph is about how people reacted to comic books at that time, if it was good or bad. I really didnt have a set idea for the last body paragraph or somewhat of a source so if you can come up with one it will be much appreciated.

This paper should be written in MLA format and the teacher said we should use google docs mla format.

It Ill be great if I can go in and edit because I have to add my teachers name and my name and the hour and everything.

Brave new world

Thesis- huxleys take on society and the levels of government control leads to the destruction and downfall of their society.

This is a combination of a research and analysis paper.

We have to use the book and compare it to the real world.

I decided to write about the government and society in brave new world and compare it with our government and society.

Also could talk about the similarities and differences between brave new world and reality.

Select one (1) company headquartered in your home state that you would like to work for, that does not currently have unionized employees. Assume that you are an employee of this company and interested in starting a union. Use the Internet to research industry union.

Write a five to seven (5-7) page paper in which you:

Create a scenario of the specific working conditions that has prompted the attention of employees.
Outline the major benefits of organizing a union for this particular company.
Create a mission, purpose, and objective statement for a strategic plan to organize a union for this group.
Outline the components you would need to start a union and brainstorm ideas for each step of the process.
Determine a possible timeline for the execution of the union based on the plan you drafted with rationale.
Speculate two (2) of the management teams objections the union is likely to face. Develop two (2) arguments to counter the management position.
Use at least five (5) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia does not qualify as an academic resource.
Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

Short Story to read and write about:  Admission by Danzy Senna
1.  CHARACTERS
Write a brief essay identifying the protagonist and antagonist in the story.  Explain your reasoning.  Consider: does the age and/or race of these characters matter?  Explain why or why not.  Indicate which characters are round and which are flat, and explain why.  Point out any archetypes in the story.  If you have any additional comments youd like to make about characterization in the story do so! (35 points)

2.  STYLE
Describe the style of the writing.  Use adjectives that identify the tone, and support your assertions with examples from the text.  Define irony and provide examples from the text where the author uses it.  Define foreshadowing and provide examples from the text where the author uses it. (25 points)

3.  POINT OF VIEW
Identify the point of view of the story, and explain your answer.  Why do you suppose the author chose this particular point of view?  How would the story be different if there was a different narrative point of view?  (20 points)

BONUS for 10 points:
In our first lesson, we learned that every plot has three movements:  in time, in causality, and in tension.  Chose either causality or tension, and trace that movement in Admission.  You can do this either with a paragraph, or with bullet points that identify moments in the story where the movements occur.

TOPIC: outlining an argument for/against Insurance companies writing legislation for congressional approval….. Ie, drug prices, kickbacks, PAC funding.

The word count is irrelevant as you’re the author, explain it in detail to the average John Q. Public.

References and citations ie 2 per page, (example: 5 pages, 10 properly referenced in text citations) Each section should have a header, mla or apa format.

Rought draft with in text citations of your literature review. AT LEASE 2 PER WRITTEN PAGE, properly formatted in APA or MLA format.

This essay should be written at a high school level. The requirements include a title, and an introduction paragraph with a thesis statement. In between all should be body paragraphs. And lastly, ending with a conclusion. The conclusion should contain a summary of the main ideas. Also, the essay should include a citaton page including at least 5 sources.

It is a class about fatness and media/fat feminism; how fatness is represented in literature & advertisements & media sources. The essay should be about how fatness is represented and how it deals with established stereotypes/image one has of fatness. A thesis should be formulated accordingly.
