THIS IS A UNDERGRAD LEVEL ESSAY!!! do not focus on what receptors are but on the specific GCPRS mediating the effects of neuropeoptides. and must provide experimental evidence from the papers listed below.

Large, highly complex networks of regulatory proteins control signaling, desensitization,
internalization and recycling of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). These regulatory
interactions appear to be particularly important in mediating the effects of neuropeptides.
However, several lines of evidence indicate that interactions between the receptor proteins themselves may also play a major role in these processes.

Please provide an overview and critical evaluation of the experimental evidence supporting a role for receptor-oligomers, both homoand heteromeric, in the regulation of signaling and intracellular trafficking of GPCRs. Place a strong focus on GPCRs mediating the effects of neuropeoptides. Please use the review articles suggested below as starting points for your own literature research. Please also suggest an experiment that would be helpful in supporting your conclusions.

-Why is this topic or question important?
-What is already known about this topic?
-How do we know this? (i.e. what were the important experiments that gave us this information?)
-What are the outstanding question(s) concerning this topic? (i.e. what do we not know?)
-How will we go about answering these questions? i.e. Propose at least one experimental approach to address this/these questions.

Abstract: Define the topic, how is it important. What is known and what is your question.
-Introduction: Written after you have assembled the narrative/figures, and chosen how to tell the story. Need to tell the reader WHY this topic is important, and what they need to know to position the new findings within the field.
-The Question: Explain where the holes are. Why dont we know this, is it a technical limitation?
-Hypothesis: Given what you have learned about cell biology, how do you think it might work? There are always a few options, discuss them a bit. This is where a figure/model helps. -Experimental Approach: What will you do? Assume you have all the money in the world.
-Interpretations, conclusion, impact: How will you draw a conclusion from your experiments, what will it mean in the bigger picture?
-References: Use a reference manager software like Endnote to format the citations.

Soil is incredibly important for agriculture and thus human survival.  However, most people don’t think about soil or its importance.  For this discussion, you need to explain how you would convince other people of the importance of soil.  To do this, I want you to come up with a public service announcement (think an ad campaign for twitter, IG, YouTube, etc.) and describe to me what your ad would be and how it would convince people about the importance of soil.

For this paper, each student will propose a sustainability improvement project at their potential first employer after graduation from college, considering your first choice of career and job. Specifically, your paper should cover the following elements:

Assume you were offered your dreamed job at your top choice employer, and you were given the opportunity to propose a sustainability improvement project at your company. Research information about the current practices and operations at this company and identify opportunities for sustainability improvement.
Formulate a sustainability improvement project at your company and identify the needed resources to carry out the project. You can choose to propose something completely new, or improve upon the current operations/practices at the company.
Outline a plan on how you would accomplish the goals set out in this project with your new team. Keep in mind that you will be working with a team of people and need buy-ins and support from others.
Describe in details the potential impacts of your project outcomes, considering both positive and negative aspects. Make sure you address the environmental, social and economic impacts of your project outcomes. Propose ways to minimize/address any negative impacts.
Use convincing arguments and accurate evidence to explain why your boss and new employer should fund you to carry out this project at the company.
The paper is expected to be approximately two pages in length (single space). You may add some visual aids to help support and enhance your proposal; however, the quality of text contents should not be compromised or replaced by these visual aids. Any referenced or quoted information should be properly cited in the paper. Plagiarism is never allowed and would result in a failing grade for the assignment.

Unit 5 Discussion
Viral Strategies

Imagine yourself to be a virus and you need to establish infection in an organ of your choice.

Discuss the innate and adaptive immune responses, including the roles of neutrophils, monocyte, macrophages, antigen, antibody, and B and T-cell mediated responses, that you will need to overcome along with their attributes to establish the infections and the type of immunodeficiency you will be benefited by.

Unit 6 Discussion
Bacterial Pathogens

Choose any one of the bacterial pathogens and discuss its appearance, staining reaction, culture characteristics, disease caused and mechanism of disease.

When responding to your classmates be sure to note similarities and differences between the bacterial pathogens both of you chose.  How do these influence virulence?

Keep the discussions separate. They should be at least 100 words each.

1) What is organic food? Provide definitions by FDA and other organizations.
2) Discuss the history of the food industry with respect to organic food classification.
3) Why are these foods usually more expensive?
4) Health benefits; are these foods higher in vitamin, mineral content? Be specific reference legitimate scientific sources.
5) Cost of production. Consider total cost, pesticide and herbicide usage for most foods.
6) Buying locally produced food vs. food from distant lands. Discuss the cost of production and the cost of shipping. Also, discuss the risks involved with food from other countries. How is the food inspected in these countries?
7) Use 10 or more scholarly articles and journals

It says 4 pages but I want you to spare 3.5 pages for this assignment and order #183302243 (California Reflection Paper). They are completely different assignment but I want equal amount for both assignment.

Also I’ve uploaded the feedback of the last analytical paper which you wrote for me.

This term paper is to be a topic of your choice if you can relate it to the geology of California or how society has been impacted by the evolution of geologic theories or how society has been affected by geologic process. “Societal impact” can include topics such as the discovery of gold, petroleum or other resources, or how geological hazards affect communities. You may also choose to write about a California state or national park, focusing on its geological aspects.

1.Summarize one example illustrating how microbes benefit human health. Can the removal of microbes actually lead to disease development?
2.Trace the path taken by pathogens from various portals of entry, through the establishment of disease, and ending with their exit from various portals in the host.
3.Conduct additional research and answer the following: Discuss what policies are in place at local, state, and federal government levels to prohibit the spread of disease in the case of a pandemic.
4.There are some who believe that HIV does not cause AIDS. Have all of Kochs postulates been met for HIV as the causative agent that leads to the development of AIDS? Cite evidence to explain your answer.

Overview
Public statements in townhall style meetings or summits are a regular part of the decision-making process. Often this includes testimony from invited experts and/or from the public, in which the speaker reads aloud a well prepared statement of their perspective on the issue at hand. In this online class, you will speak out in a virtual townhall meeting on a controversial environmental topic. You will write a stakeholder statement and share it with the class via discussion forum. This is Part 2 of the 3-part Townhall assignment.

Please also upload your script for this assignment to the following submission page and it will be automatically submitted to Turnitin to check for originality.

Assignment
Part 2 of the Townhall Summit will take place in this discussion forum. Students have been assigned to townhall groups, each of which will conduct a “public” forum (public within your discussion group, that is) about a controversial topic via stakeholder presentations. Each student has been assigned the role of a particular stakeholder in a specific controversy, and started researching that stakeholder role in the Week 5 Lab Assignment. Each topic group has been provided a place and venue to set the scene for the summit, and a key question that all comments in their townhall summit will address. You are to research and write your stakeholder statement, then post the statement for your group members (and instructors) to read. You will also need to submit the script to a second assignment where it will be scanned by Turnitin and graded according to a rubric (just like we do with weekly discussions).

Instructions for Writing your Stakeholder Statement
Prepare a script of a position statement at least four paragraphs long (300-400 words, < 5 minutes; we will not grade on length explicitly unless it is overly short or long).  The goal is to be short, but powerful and convincing. Most people only read short comments on the internet, and in a live meeting you would probably be allotted 5 minutes or less to speak. Use the following as a guide to develop your presentation. Please recall that there is a Guide to Identifying Stakeholders and Stakeholder Positions in the LAB Background document.

Summarize the controversy at hand, including environmental (pollution, biodiversity loss, etc.) and human dimensions (health, economy, jobs, social justice, etc.). Briefly acknowledge your fellow stakeholders points of view. Use your sources to support this summary with evidence. DO NOT quote directly from sources paraphrase the material into your own words to demonstrate your mastery of the material.
State stakeholder role and your position/stance (for or against) on the issue. See the Guide to Identifying Stakeholders and Stakeholder Positions in the Background document for more guidance.
Explain several (2-5) pieces of evidence that led you to your conclusion. Demonstrate your mastery of the issue and knowledge of the facts. Again, paraphrase, do not use quotations from sources – demonstrate your mastery of the material.
Cite your sources, including author, date, title, and URL. Use the sources you evaluated in the Week 5 Lab Assignment (The CRAAP Test), assuming you found them to be credible.
