Discusses the methods organizations can use (including types of tests) to avoid legal difficulties during pre-employment inquiries in initial selection decisions for your chosen position
Identifies the most appropriate selection tools for your chosen position, taking into consideration validity and reliability
Your paper should include rationales for all of your decisions. Support the claims in your paper by citing at least four credible sources, in addition to the textbook. These sources can include articles and videos that are posted in the course. Your paper should include in-text citations and a list of references, formatted according to MLA guidelines.
