Consider Hornborgs reading “Animism, fetishism, and objectivism as strategies for knowing (or not knowing) the world” (2006). Then watch the
video by researcher John Reid (The power of animism: John Reid at TEDxQueenstown)
(2014) on the importance of animism. Explain the examples provided by Reid about how animism is actually communicating experience of a belief rather than just the belief. Compare Reids examples with the examples of animism used in Western and indigenous societies provided by Hornborg by reflecting on the ways that the two sources agree on animism as an experience in both Western and indigenous societies. Pull-out obvious examples within religious contexts (e.g. monotheistic religions that use animism); secular contexts (e.g. dog as member of the family); Western contexts (e.g. talking to traffic lights, begging them to change to green when youre late to your job); and indigenous contexts (e.g. relating to a mountain as a member of the family).

In Module 3, you created a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for your course project. The WBS is one tool that is used in most projects. In this activity, you will determine the critical path for your course project by selecting one of three offered approaches:
(critical path) I choose critical path
critical chain
network diagram

Using that assignment and any feedback from your instructor, create a critical path for your project. You may create a critical path, utilize a critical chain, or complete a project network, as each of these items provide a complimenting view of the project in process.
You are not required to create a Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) chart, but include the steps you would take if you were to create a PERT chart. What information would you need in addition to the data used to construct the critical path?
What issues are evident in your critical path? What steps can you take to avoid failure along your critical path? What additional information would a PERT chart provide as you make decisions about your project?

Create your critical path or critical chain or project network as a Word document.
You may use the shapes in Word, construct the image in Microsoft Visio and insert it into Word, or create it in Microsoft Project and insert it in Word. The important thing is that the submission is part of a Word document so your instructor can open and grade the work.
Properly label all aspects of your critical path and label the paper with your name and assignment particulars. Within the Word document, answer the questions above with enough specifics and details to relay your understanding. Your paper should be between 35 pages depending on the size of your chart.

Write a 25 page paper with the required chart(s) in Word format. You may use Microsoft Visio or another tool to create the chart, but it must be pasted or embedded in a Word document for submission. Use the American Psychological Association (APA) style (6th edition) for writing your assignment.

Now that you’ve completed your paper, develop a post exploring the various experiences you encountered while researching and writing your Investigating Information Systems research paper.

Do not write about the results of your research, as you have already done that in your research paper.
Instead, write about your thoughts on the process of researching a topic for an academic research paper.

The blog must contain at least three paragraphs, with each paragraph containing at least four sentences. The blog should discuss the students perspective about researching a topic for an academic paper.

Inherently the larger the organization, the more difficult it is to be innovative, but if a company approaches each obstacle with good strategic planning, the chance of transformation is much more likely.  Read the following:

Obstacles to Corporate Innovation.
McIntyre, S. (1982). Obstacles to Corporate Innovation. Business Horizons, 25(1), 23-28.

Write a 300-word response to the following question(s)/prompt(s), include at least one APA-formatted citation/reference to a source from this lesson.

Respond to the following questions:

1) What do you think the author means when he says “The large corporation has created a race of entrepreneurs without authority?”

2) In reviewing the obstacles an organization has towards achieving innovation, what do you believe to be the greatest detriment to an organization?

3) Review the approaches to innovation used by a corporation such as Google, Microsoft, etc? What obstacles, as outlined in the article, did they overcome or not?

4) What advantage or disadvantage does a small start-up business have over a corporation to achieve effective change and innovation?

LPC needed!

The content of your interview with this professional should allow you to answer the questions below. An exact typed transcript of your interview is not required for this assignment. It is expected that you will present their responses in narrative format to make the points reflected in your paper. Your paper should be written in APA format and be 8-10 pages in length, not counting title and reference pages.

Follow the Requirement and guidline carefully. You need to answer all the questions in the guidelines. I also provid you an example of Twtter’s case which is our last assignment. However it does not get a good grade so just take it as an example and answer the same question for CostCo. You can only use the information in the case. NO OUTSIDE DATA. For Appendix, Use only point form and make every points simple and put more data, Every section should have a conclusion which is in paragraph format. You can see this format in Twitter’s Appendix example. Since most of them are point form so make it single space and put CEO report and Appendix in same document. You may also need to make a common size financial statement and some chart or table. Please provide a separate document.

Your research strategy should be focused around answering the following questions/goals:

Provide a description of the subject area (what is it?)
What types of information systems are involved?
What are the latest trends related to the subject area?
What benefits are expected to be provided by IS?
What are some of the IS-related challenges related to the subject area?

Once you have conducted your research, write a short, professional report summarizing your findings. Your report should not be a “book report” in which you simply list a number of facts. Rather, you need to synthesize the main points, which means to combine the individual points into a larger narrative.

Your report must be completed in APA 6th Edition (Links to an external site.) format and should adhere to the following guidelines:

Between 3 and 4 pages double-spaced, not including a title page and references.

A title page with your title, name, and institution.

Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.

One (1″) inch margins on all sides of your paper.

Include a minimum of 3 references in the bibliography.

All references appropriately cited within the body of the paper using APA 6th Edition citation format.

An abstract, which is a summary of the key points of your research.

Use of headers to denote individual topic sections.

Your research paper must be submitted in Microsoft Word format.

only use these sources for the research

Describe how you will use psychology in your personal life. ( a wife and mom of two daughters)
Describe how you will use psychology in your professional life. ( My job is assistant in a road master office. Deal with paperwork such as tickets, watching hour of video citing people on what they did wrong. A road master is like a cop but he only pull over government vehicles)
Describe how you will use psychology in your academic careers. ( family and marriage counselor)
Explain any overlap in any of the characteristics, including anything that applies to all three areas.

ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED IS ATTACHED BUT THIS ISNT A LONG OR HARD ASSIGNMENT. READ THE “If you remember” doc specifically because thats what I need done.

The idea is to just check for things and note it down in microsoft excel, or google sheets if you don’t have Microsoft Office. That includes testing to make sure the code does what it should be doing, testing to make sure the game acts as expected. It’s a bit tedious, but like, the idea is you just check to make sure the program does what it should be doing. Can you move a queen in X direction? What about arrows? Does it seem to understand when a queen is trapped? Do the menu controls work? The requirements document we have is a good reference for what kind of questions you should ask, and gives you an idea of what should go under the Requirement Tested field.

I’ll attach an example in excel and you can use fill it out as you need. Most of this though is on the white-box side of testing things for you.
Black-box, which is more looking at the code behind and seeing if the given routines work as they should. Does the CheckGameOver() method correctly recognize if one or more queens are not trapped? Black-box testing though may be more so on my end though and I’ll be doing some of that on my own.

If you haven’t already, getting Visual Studio 2017 will be needed to build and run the project for white-box testing.

Black-box testing is a bit more involved as you can see though. If you want to make another excel document and check over the methods and events and work through that you can and it would be helpful, but more than likely it’s something to be on my plate. Anyway, the whitebox excel document I included involves an example case that’s based on the 0.0.0 requirement in the requirements document that I have also attached
