Note: For the attachment entitled “People Capability Maturity Model” – I do want to stress the limitations of this model. First it is from a 2009 article and it applies to the software development industry. Parts of the article are relevant as long as we don’t over generalize and adjust our interpretations to today’s global business environment beyond the IT industry.

Think about what we are currently going thought with the Coronvirus situation. Many Governors have asked the Federal Government to mobilize the Military to assist states. Write a full page paper or more stating what you would do if the order came down to assist the states. Consider Logistics, transportation, manpower, equipment, etc.
