Write a memo which covers some aspects of your future Report. 1-2 pages of writing, no APA necessary. Single-spaced, Times New Roman 12 (Times 12 is the default font/size of academia).
Here are some characteristics:
– begin your memo with a traditional memo formatting. Google memo format or go back to Purdue Owl and search.
– memos are single-spaced, have shorter paragraphs and sometimes have paragraphs which contain one single sentence
– are visually easy to read > use bullet pointing, numbering, other methods to make reading efficient
As we move into this section of the semester, you can begin to find ways to play with the form of the memo. I’d rather you focus on the text of memos but eventually, you can include actual visuals like photos, graphs, diagrams, et al.
