Describing an example of a potentially lifechanging or especially lucrative business opportunity in the IoT sector. Be sure to explain the following, drawing on the modules as needed for reference:

(1) What industry will it be in?

(2) How will the service be delivered at all three of the levels described?

(3) Explain how lucrative it stands to be (based on consumer demand, etc. – not looking for financial projections, just a justification that it is a strong business opportunity). Be sure to draw on the modules as necessary to justify your claim.  If it does not stand to be particularly lucrative, what other kind(s) of value does it stand to bring for the individual or society?

    Write a mission statement for your health education/promotion program (e.g., see Box 6.2, p. 140).

    Write at least one program goal that will define the outcome of your groups health education program (e.g., see Box 6.3, p. 141).

THESIS OR DISSERTATION RESEARCH PROPOSAL.

THE DISSERTATION RESEARCH PROPOSAL SHOULD HAVE:

1) – ABSTRACT. ( 3 PARAGRAPHS)
a brief summary of the toipic title, it should be concise and descriptive, indicate the independent and dependent variables.

2) – INTRODUCTION. ( 2 PAGES)

a) The introduction should highlight the background of the study specifically what have been done and what is yet to be done. It must clearly state the objective and the motivation of the study, expected benefits and the gap to fill.

b) – It should include the research question, the rationale for the study, the hypothesis. It is very important to state the research questions and propose hypothesis.

3) – LITERATURE REVIEW. ( 4 PAGES)

Explain how the existing literature define all concepts that are germane to the topic.

indicates the ability to integrate and synthesize the existing literature. Makea significant and substancial contribution to the literature review.

4) – METHODOLOGY. ( 2 PAGES)

a) – The methodology should address the context and research design in terms of population sample and analytical methods intend to use.

NB: DO PLEASE USE QUALITATIVE RESEARCH. justify the qualitative method.

b) – RESULT.

Idea about what kind of data will be collected and statistical procedures will be used in order to answer the research question or test the hypothesis.

c) – DISCUSSION.

Mention the limitations and weaknesses of the proposed research, which may be justified by time and financial constraints as well as by the early developmental stage of the research area.

5) –  CONCLUSION. ( 2 PARAGRAPHS)

6) – REFERENCES:
AT LEAST 20 REFERENCES APA STYLE 6TH EDITION.

The document must be written in Word or rtf.  No other format is acceptable.  Pdf files will not be graded.  Use 12-point font for a double-spaced report.  The final product cannot be longer than 8 pages in length, which includes all tables and matrices but excludes the title page and reference page.  Do no use an Appendix.

Identify the global industry in which the company operates.  This will come from Mergent Online.
Discuss the company’s general environment by developing a PESTEL analysis.  First, use the course material to identify the elements of the PESTEL and what components make up each element.  Then, complete the analysis using research on the industry and the focal company. Be sure to thoroughly present and support the reasoning for what is presented.  You may not use a PESTEL analysis that is already completed and available on the Internet.  A zero will result if used as the analysis has to be the result of your research and your own development.  NOTE:  A PESTEL analysis is not a table and it is not a bulleted assessment.
Identify and discuss one key trend for each letter of the PESTEL for the industry.  Key trends are separate from the PESTEL analysis.
Select one of the six trends identified in the previous requirement and discuss how the focal company could be affected by the selected trends.
Discuss key areas of uncertainty related to the identified trend for the focal company that could potentially impact the company’s strategy.
Perform a strategic analysis of the company’s mission, vision and objectives.
Create a concluding paragraph.  The Conclusion is intended to emphasize the purpose/significance of the analysis, emphasize the significance/consequence of findings, and indicate the wider applications that are derived from the main points of the projects requirements.  You will draw conclusions about the findings of the external environment analysis.

One critical component of financial analysis involves comparing a firms financial statements with other firms in the industry. Through such a comparison, financial managers can reveal useful information about risks, investment opportunities, market indicators, and economic factors.

Throughout this course, you have been researching and analyzing various financial statements for Deere & Company. For this Final Paper, you will culminate your analysis with an in-depth comparison of Deere & Company and Caterpillar Inc.

In your project, you will complete the following items based on the files you downloaded above:

Examine the four primary financial statements for each firm and address the following:
Statement of Cash Flows:
Compare the statement of cash flows for the two firms, noting the major inflows and outflows of cash.
Income Statement:
Compare the income statements for the two firms, noting the issues each one faces regarding sales projections.
Balance Sheet:
Compare the balance sheets for the two firms, noting any issues each firm may want to address regarding liability, and how each firm might be impacted by increasing interest rates.

Compare and contrast the two firms in the context of the global economy, noting which types of cultural differences might impact each firm as it does business in other countries.
Include examples to illustrate your point.
Compare and contrast each firms global strategic plan based on the information in the annual report from two years ago.
Propose which company would be better to invest in, based on the above comparisons. Your proposal should include the key metrics you used to make your decision.
