This element is examining the argument FOR animal rights. Cohen argues simply that animals cannot possibly have rights. That does not mean some animals do not deserve protection. There’s a difference between a right and protection. But ultimately this brings about the controversial claim by some Animal Rights advocates that those who do not agree with them are “speciesists.” That means they favor humans over other animal species and that is prejudiced in the same way that racists favor one race over another. Cohen aggressively responds to that and adds damn right he IS a speciesist, it’s true because he cares about his fellow moral agents. Animals are not moral agents and some should be used in scientific experimentation from a utilitarian point of view, maximum benefit for maximum amount of PEOPLE. Check it out,  Agree? Disagree? write at LEAST a 450-word response to this. READ the attached files then make you respond. in case you need to make qouts DO NOT use the internet use ONLY the attached book

Students will develop a qualitative research proposal, outlining and defending the research design, and preparing an appropriate research instrument. They will describe the topic of the research, literature review of the topic, questions they will use in their interviews or observations, type of instrument to be used, where and how data will be collected, and type of statistical analysis that would be recommended if the proposal was implemented. 7 PAGES, APA format 12 times New Roman. For the statistics project you are completing in this course, you will need to select a relevant topic that will allow you to gather both qualitative and quantitative data. You may gather data from a group of your choice using a data collection instrument (survey or data mining) that you design. Using the results of that collection instrument, you will create a data set, analyze the data, and create a professional report showing the results of the data that you collected.

For this assignment you will choose a topic and create a data collection instrument. When selecting a topic, remember you need to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection could be done in the form of a survey via a medium such as Survey Monkey or Facebook or through available workplace content such as sales orders. You will want to collect data from approximately 30 observations. This means you will want to survey at least 30 people or select data from 30 different sales orders.

Submit the topic of the study, a rationale (one or two paragraphs) outlining the purpose of the study, and the data collection instrument you created as a Word document. Include relevant survey links if the data is being collected digitally.

APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Cant Click This

This program should have three screens;
1.    Title Screen This screen should have text across the top saying, Welcome to the Button Clicking Game! Underneath that, should be a text box that asks the user to input their name. Next to the text box, there should be a button that initiates the game, but only if a name has been typed into the text box.
2.    The Game Screen The game is simple. There is a button in the middle of the screen that reads, Click Me However, when the mouse approaches the button, it runs away. The user should never be able to catch the button, and if they chase it to the side of the pane, it should jump back to the middle of the pane. To make this easier for escape, the pane should quite large,  > 1000×1000. As soon as the game starts, there should be a 20 second timer started. This timer can be hidden, but at 5 second intervals, the button should mock the user with an insult. At the 20 second mark, the game ends, and should transition to the Game Over screen.
3.    Game Over This screen should just be an Image. An image you wish, but remember, you will need to submit the image with the program, so that I can put it into the same folder as the program. You may also use a link to a web image, but it must be a secure site (https).

1. Your first task is to reflect on what you have learned from writing your Topic Proposal
Reflecting on ourselves, not only as students, but as writers, and future professionals is an essential part of the growth in all areas. The idea with reflection is that it is personal and unique to you. Each person has a different experience in life in general, as well as in school. This makes how we perceive things and learn things highly individual. If we can take a moment to write, without worrying about being judged, but just write what our thoughts are, we can use this information to see how far we have come, the things we have learned, and also areas that we would like to see more personal improvement in. When we do this, we can then apply it to things in our future and see that growth continue.

This is a guided reflective journal which simply means I will give you a series of questions as food for thought. Feel free to make your answers individualized, but do answer the questions required to have the potential for full credit. You must also meet the assigned word count listed below for the potential for full credit.
Directions:
You should briefly mention your topic first (this is the topic from your topic proposal). Next, you should select at least four of the following reflective questions to answer regarding your experience in the first Module and with the Topic Proposal.

1. Has something I learned made me think about the future in a different way?
2. Have I changed because of something I have learned or experienced? How? Is it good or bad?
3. In what way was this a turning point for me?
4. How can I use something I have learned to help someone else?
5. How can I apply what I have learned to my life or career?
6. What skills did I learn through this?

Next, you should select at least two of the following reflective questions to answer regarding your experience in the first Module and with the Topic Proposal.
1. What could I have done differently?
2. What questions did this make me ask?
3. How has this changed the way I think?
